Absolutely loved the one night here. I wish it was available for the other three I was in town. The location is excellent, the staff couldn't be more helpful and kind, the room is spacious and even has a 'real' size shower with amazing water pressure! Bedding super cozy and the breakfast plentiful and delicious with gluten free offerings. This hotel makes me want to come back to Bologna!

The hotel staff was incredibly inflexible in helping us make changes to our rooms and stay duration both before and after our visit. It took a lot of our time away and detracted from our experience in Bologna. I would not stay there again. It wasn’t just the substance of the issue, but their tone and attitude and interacting with us.

Out of the way but still in the main area of the city. The staff was over the top. They were friendly and extremely helpful with their knowledge of the city and great restaurants to visit for dinners

Excellent! We loved our stay at Hotel Brun! Well appointed rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. We had a junior suite which included a 2nd bathroom and sitting area/sofa bed. We also had a single room with a twin bed - plenty of space for 1 person. The location was great. Easy walk to everything but in a quiet area. Highly recommend!!

Staff were helpful and so friendly. Breakfast high end delicious. Fresh bread fruit meats. Fresh scramble eggs and cappuccino. So nice!!! Room clean and updated. Lovely.

The breakfast and breakfast service is excellent but the cleaning is really bad. Disgusting to see the cleaning lady clean your tee cup with a towel while wearing the gloves she just cleaned the toilet with. Not up to the standard in any way.

Gorgeous, brand new hotel in central Bologna. Incredibly stylish rooms and common spaces, spacious junior suites, courteous and welcoming staff, lovely breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Bologna.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the ideal base for a stay in Bologna. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager on available. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
