Lage ist gut, Rezeptionist spricht immerhin ein bisschen englisch.

Ich bleibe wie folgt bei Stichpunkten, sonst artet das hier in einem Aufsatz aus. - Wände sind offenbar nur Optik, hatten das Gefühl mitten auf der Straße zu stehen. Geschlossene Tür und Fenster haben da auch null Effekt erzielt - das Gebäude selbst ist ebenfalls so hellhörig, falls sie ihre Kambodschanisch Kenntnisse auffrischen wollen: sie können sich vermutlich mit ihren Nachbarn Zimmerübergreifend unterhalten - der Gestank im Badezimmer (verursacht vermutlich durch den Abfluss) war so enorm, dass dieses vermutlich der Endgegner jeder Atemschutzmaske wäre - obwohl das Hotel keine drei Monate alt war als wir zugegen waren, würde ich keinen Besuch in der Dusche ohne Badeschlappen empfehlen

Very great place to stay and enjoy big room and all new furnitures with big TV (Netflix included). Have big balcony. Not so much noise from outside at night (no trafic) and nice staff.

+ Неплохое расположение, даже если вы пешеход. У нас был байк, поэтому было очень удобно. + есть парковка, на ночь закрывают (один раз было неудобно, так как стояли на улице и ждали, когда откроют ворота) + есть лифт, неплохой обзор из окна + есть балкон, кондиционер, горячая вода (водонагреватель), современный телевизор + светлый, приятный ремонт + шторы black out + милый персонал + 2 полотенца, но всего один набор шампуня и геля (хотя нас двое…)

- Грязный пол на балконе, один раз вышли, ноги были все в пыли, и пол в номере тоже испачкан - действительно цена завышена для этого городка и даже для отеля за 3 ночи отдали 115$… - в номере нет шкафа, и даже вешалки, некуда положить одежду (постоянно все лежало на стульях) - нет крючков в ванной, даже некуда повесить мокрые полотенца - за 3 дня у нас ни разу не было уборки, не вынесли мусор, не положили туалетную бумагу/шампунь/гель для душа - главный минус, слив работают ужасно! Вода после туша уходит по 3-4 часа….(без шуток). Вода просто стоит. - собаки в округи, которые буквально кидаются на прохожих!!! (Не только байки) - для нас было не проблемой, но для кого-то - может: шум от дороги Будьте внимательны, при оплате нужно добавить стоимость налога! Букинг пишет об этом отдельно!

Staff were helpful and friendly - they were wonderful ! Fairly modern and quite stylish.

Sheets did not fit in bed so ended up all sleeping on bare mattress - bedding very cheap and unpleasant . Very noisy road so hard to sleep - Unpleasant area of the city. Added a $9 hidden charge I didn’t realise when I booked it.

We loved the spacious, modern room and the views of the city.

Personal schien nett. Zimmer ist groß. Nähe zum Bus Bahnhof.

Es gab praktisch keine Bettwäsche. Nur eine Polyester Bettdecke. Ohne Bettbezug. Die Decke scheint mir nicht gewaschen worden zu sein. Diese roch benutzt. Der Abfluss stinkt. Nach dem Duschen ist das Bad komplett überschwemmt. Es gibt weder einen Haartrockner noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank oder einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Auch keinen Tisch, obwohl Platz dafür da wäre. Der Weg/Asphalt vor dem Hotel ist komplett kaputt; nicht mal das Taxi konnte dort halten. Man wird vor dem Aufenthalt immer wieder angeschrieben. Erst über das Portal, wo man gebucht hat. Die Frage, wann man kommt. Man antwortet darauf. Reicht wohl nicht. Dann kommen zusätzlich Nachrichten über WhatsApp, wann man denn genau da ist. Und wenn man ausgecheckt hat, kommen nochmal Nachrichten, wie man den Aufenthalt fand. Was soll das!? Es nervt tierisch. Ich möchte nicht auf meiner privaten Nummer so belästigt werden. Total unprofessionelles Verhalten.

Al ragazzo della reception, voto 10: molto educato, gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono, struttura abbastanza moderna. Bagno in camera carino e c’era anche l’acqua calda… cosa non troppo scontata qui in Cambogia. In più ci è stato permesso di fare il check-in con più di un’ora di anticipo. Nei dintorni molti negozi, bar e ristoranti.

Unica pecca trovata, molte immondizie nella terrazza privata. Probabilmente una dimenticanza di chi ha pulito la stanza essendo che ce l’hanno fatta trovare pronta in anticipo. Non è stato comunque un problema.

All the staff and especially Jordan are so nice and will do everything to help you! The place is all brand new and everything is very clean and works well! The location is in the center of the city and everything is a short tuktuk ride or walk away! The price is also very affordable. Thank you for the great stay, I will definately vome again if staying in Sihanoukville!:)
