Other than really small things that needed attention, the experience was amazing. Location was stunning and cabin was stunning

Had 17 older ladies come for a 35 year reunion - Space was great for sleeping - kitchen was small for so many people - refrigerator was small. LOVED the clean hot tub - close to everything

We had 20 for our reunion. Great property. Easy to find. Convenient to everything. Everyone had a good time.Would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin, close to Smokies, Dollywood, groceries and shopping. Beautiful cabin and great fit with 4 different families of different ages including teens. Never a dull moment. The Host was very accessible and very accommadating and answered all our questions. We are already planning another trip next year!

The place blended in with the surrounding nature and was a cozy and comfortable time away from reality.

Overall this place is great to stay at. The house was clean and very nice a lot of room for our family. Also was in a great location and I love how the road to get to the house is paved. We would definitely like to stay there again!

I will first state that I am happy with the property given the reduced off-season rate that I paid. However, I would have been mighty disappointed had I paid much more than I did a night (i.e., it would have gotten 2 stars). This rental's capacity is nowhere near 25 as advertised. The SMALL kitchen has 1 average capacity fridge and a 4 burner stove. There is no way to prepare meals for 25 individuals, let alone have storage for more than 1-2 days of food. There is limited storage around the unit as well. We had 4 dishwasher tabs and 2 trash bags provided. One roll of paper towels! It was almost comical the lack of supplies. As for regular towels, 1 per person for 4 days of use. Remember this unit has a hot tub; there should be 3 towels for every individual. I could go on, but you get the jist ... bring your own towels and supplies. Oh, and for the love of God, please provide a more complete PRINTED guidebook of the unit for users. We had no directions for anything. Our one and only call to management to figure out where the trash went took 30 minutes, so we gave up on asking for help.
