Nice modern hotel in an interesting area not far from station and centre. Satisfactory for short stay but rooms are small.

The hotel certainly lived up to its reputation online. Wonderful staff on reception and my comfortable, well-designed single room was spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except the parking. We were told to go to a parking lot that turned out to be private for employees of something. Luckily the security let us out. So the hotel staff need to be more clear where to go…maybe a small map that shows where to go.

Everything was super clean, neat and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but worth every penny. Only weird thing was that they literally had zero washcloths. We double checked. Having said that, they provided cute toiletries that had make up removers and pads. Still, washing my body with a hand towel did not seem eco friendly.

The hotel was in great condition, with a comfortable bed and a nice TV. A special shoutout to the concierge and reception desk staff for making the check-in process very smooth. Although we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, the manager graciously offered us complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurant and bar had a lovely ambiance, and our room was spotless, with excellent shower pressure, powerful AC, and modern, attractive decor. We would definitely return if we visit Nantes again.
However, there was one negative experience: in the morning, while I was getting ready, a housekeeping staff member entered our room without notifying us and quickly closed the door when she saw me in the bathroom, without offering an apology. It was an extremely awkward and unpleasant moment.

We booked the junior suite which was fantastic. The balcony was large and in the sun all day with two chairs and a table. The weather was very hot when we were there and the air con in the room was very good. There was a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room. The only down side was no bottled water and no fridge in the room. If we returned to Nantes we would definitely book this hotel and room again.

Very clean hotel, convenient for us to stay overnight in Nantes. The hotel has a parking with limited capacity so make sure to book a park spot when booking your room. If there's no more spot left, there's still a huge underground public parking available within 3-5 min walk.

Lovely room in a good location however there was a random fire alarm at 00:30 am that left us a bit confused weather or not to evacuate as it didn’t go off in our room however others had evacuated.

A wonderful new hotel near the convention center in Nantes. I chcked out abd left with some cash and id card in the safe. I called and asked the staff to deliver it to my friend who left later. The finding of the cash and its delivery went very smoothly and nicely. Their service and cleanliness were superb. I hope they provide more fresh fruit at breakfast though.

The hotel is well located walking distance from the Centre. The rooms are small but the service is perfect; the hotel is run by a group of young staff who are incredible friendly (unlike many other places)!

Just a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Really professional staff, who were not just helpfull, they apoeared to be haapy, gaining pleasure from delighting their guests. Brand new, modern, well appointed and right in tbe centre if the town, just a great place to stay!!

This hotel is a gem! Absolutely loved my stat here. It’s close to all amenities, so i was able to walk to most places and access public transport very easily.
I arrived at 11pm on the bus from the airport and it was an easy walk from Gare de Nantes.
The hotel is a stone throw from Loire River.
While the rooms are quite small,I still had coffee and tea making facilities within there.
The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and attend to your every need.
Especially for what I paid. I’m very happy and would stay again.

Hotel located 15min walk from city centre; we had adjoining rooms which was great as we travelled with kids. Rooms were clean and pleasant. We are from our stay.

The Staff was so helpful and friendly. They brought the plugs I needed for my machines and an iron for my poster presentation. It was very close to the convention center and easy to walk to sites such as the residence of the Duke and the botanical garden and the iconic Lu factory and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious as the eggs were nicely cooked and good breads and cheeses and prosciutto as well as fruits and cereals. English tv options were minimal.

I would love to keep this gem of a hotel a secret but it’s way too good not to share. From the moment we entered, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel smells so clean and fresh and has a lovely sophistication about it. We sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed a lovely coffee. The candy jars were a nice touch too. Room was lovely, spotless and had a great shower. Towels were huge!! Special mention to David who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I hope the hotel can maintain their high standards and great value.
The outstanding attitude of the staff makes this a stand out choice.
