Love the close proximity to Dulles airport and the Hyatt hotel where my conference was. The townhouse is so nice. It's in a great area with lots of sidewalks. Communication was excellent with the owner. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Very clean and very bright place.

This rental was perfect for our mid-week wedding stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is light and bright which was the perfect backdrop for the groom’s getting ready photos! Communication with the owner/ property manager was great. The location is ever convenient to the airport. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay! The Metro is super easy to get to and the place was fantastic for five adults. The kitchen is amazing and there are tons of great places to eat nearby. You won't regret staying at this property!

The property was nice, very clean and well-stocked. However, the hot water heater was not working correctly (lots of cold showers) and there were issues with the keypads and entry doorknob not working This was reported to the owner, but no one came to make repairs. He only replied to texts, not VRBO messaging. Also, two weeks earlier, I had been told that an extra night was available (showed available on calendar) and that our reservation would be extended. However, it wasn’t updated in time and someone else rented it. According to the owner, his message telling us we were not extended was never sent due to an issue with VRBO, and he didn't realize it had not been sent until I had asked him why it wasn’t updated. We had already changed our flight because we thought we had the extra night, so we had to check out and get hotel rooms for our last night in DC. The owner said it wasn’t his fault, but he offered to send us $100 for our “inconvenience “, which he did. Nice place, but needs to improve communication and follow-up.

VRBO was very nice, clean and check in/out was easy. It would have been nice to know it was 4 floors my wife and I are in our 70's and while we can climb stairs it is not as easy as it used to be. We have would have stayed there any way (if we knew it was 4 floors). It was just a little shocking to realize it was 4 floors, but did not adversely affect are stay

We were in town to help our daughter find a place to live and then also to visit friends. Home was great! Had all that we needed for our family of three and our little dog. Good workspace for my husband, and kitchen is beautifully appointed. And nice to be close to a Starbucks!

Communication with the host was excellent. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The close proximity to a metro station was a big plus.
