For a $190.00 room. Is was very bare and basic. No microwave, no coffee pot in room. But room was clean Breakfast only had coffee, and 2 pre packaged egg option. Had toppings put for oatmeal, but no oatmeal. No fruit, no yogurt. No breads. Not worth the money. Will stay at a different hotel in area next time.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast selection was alright. I don't eat pork, and they had veggie omelets. They were pretty tasty. Also, there was flavored creamer for the coffee and other selections. All of the employees spoke and were kind. The main thing is that it was clean and affordable. I can't do dirty places. And I love that they had a soap dispenser and lotion on the wall as opposed to the little bar of soap to wash my hands. There was a fridge in the room, but no microwave. But you can go down to the lobby to use the microwave. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Good choices for breakfast. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Ice and water machines in close proximity. No complaints. Defiantly will stay again.

Such a great hotel. Easy check in. The parking lot was well lit at night. Rooms were very clean. We had a toddler and even with the tile floors we didn’t hear much noise from the other patrons.

New hotel, clean and just big enough. Only complaint would be that the bed was squeaky.

No frills for food price. No clock, microwave but you can use the one in the lobby.

The room was decent, the problem was people in the room above us were stomping around at 11:30 at night. The manager did deal with it. The breakfast was ok nothing super fancy but it worked for us.

Just the basics, but the small pool gave it that little punch! Breakfast was also simple, but enough.

Newer hotel, less than a year. Looks amazing. Super clean & employees were constantly cleaning when we saw them. Great price too! I will be stopping here next time through!

This is a fairly new hotel and it is being well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

We stumbled upon this property last minute and are glad we did! It is modern and trendy, clean, and reasonably priced. We have stayed at hotels that were twice as expensive and not as nearly as nice. We will certainly look for additional Avid properties in the future. The property uses Dove products for toiletries, which is appreciated due to their care for sensitive skin. The rooms are spacious with hard flooring, not carpet that gets dirty and stained. The window curtains and shade are operated by buttons on the wall, wonderful touch. Breakfast was unique with precooked omelets and egg biscuits in a warmer, cereals, muffins, bagels, etc. 24 hour made to order coffee was lovely. I only hope future guests care for the property so it remains a lovely option for many for years to come.

This hotel was fine. The rooms were uncarpeted, which is unusual in a hotel; it felt, somehow, like an airport. The beds were clean and comfortable, check-in was smooth, and there was a breakfast that included hot options.

Excellent stay! Staff was so friendly and we would definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable!

Wonderful new hotel in a prime location for a short jaunt to Notre Dame for football games, or whatever other reason visiting the area.
