The kitchen had all the utensils that you could make your own breakfast or any meal. Patrick had a rice cooker that had a bag of rice included but, unfortunately the rice cooker was not working so we used the electric wok to make our rice. We loved the little apt. that had everything we needed for a stay including a hair dryer which the place we stayed at 2 days earlier didn't have! Patrick was very helpful in giving us places to visit and he was especially helpful when we got our reservation canceled and requested to borrow his laptop and extra time before check out to rebook our reservations back to the mainland! Thank you Patrick for your kind hospitality!

There was 5-6 dead bugs behind the toilet which was there to greet us when we first got there and my husband had to kill 2 large cockroaches in the middle of the night too. Being in Hawaii maybe bugs are unavoidable but, the dead ones could have been cleared before we got there. There was a very loud fan that was hooked up to the light switch so, every time you went into the bathroom whether it was to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or if I was there for 20 mins. or longer to get ready the loud fan became very annoying. It would be better if the fan had its own switch so it could be used only when it was needed it rather than every time you went into the bathroom. Other than that our stay was very pleasant at Patrick's red house apt.
