Our stay at King's property was very pleasing and comfortable. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished with comfortable sofas and beds and attractive decor. All parts of the house look like they have been recently renovated or updated and the whole environment is very comfortable. Access to the garage was a nice perk since it provided both protection from storms and a sense of security. The locations gives good access to lots of the things we enjoy most about the Twin Cities. I would be delighted to stay here again.

My stay was a wonderful expirence! Kinza was extrmely responsive and answered all the questions I had. The home was perfect and spacious. We loved the massive TV in the basement with plenty of couch seating. The backyard was also a wonderful place to hangout. I would greatly reccomend this home!

I felt so comfortable there right away. Nice quiet neighborhood minus the planes. The big couch and TV downstairs is perfect for lounging and having movie nights! We had an amazing time together there.

5 stars* Home Away from Home! Kinza's home was perfect for our sibling trip (4 adults). We all had our own bedrooms and privacy, yet we could all get together in the living room for a movie on the big screen! House was very clean and there was everything we needed for basics plus more! Kinza was a great communicator since the moment we booked the stay! The only downfall is it is near the airport, and you can hear the planes, yet we all got used to it right away. Very good location and close to many destinations like MOA and many eateries nearby. If you're looking for a clean, inviting place to stay with a little hotel setting and a lot of home setting, Kinza's home would be the perfect choice!

I had a work colleagues (it did not allow me to select other) come into town for an event we needed to attend. The home was BEAUTIFUL and appeared clean but once we started pre cleaning and after cleaning we noticed a few things that were not sanitary - no big deal we pre-clean everywhere... The host was great at communicating and very nice but was accusatory after the fact. A few of my guest are smokers and smoked outside due to the unit being SMOKE FREE. The host insist it should have been stated prior to booking if people staying in home are smokers at all regardless if they will go outside. I was not aware that was a need but would have if it was listed in the details. The host insist people smoked in the home when I know for a fact that was not done. Host also disregarded that I stated to her there was dirty laundry (socks) found in the couch that did not belong to my party and that was unfortunate. Although the house was not 100% sanitized upon arrival I could still be accused of such things I know are not valid was disheartening. We were able to talk after the fact and came to mutual agreements that worked best for us both so I will say the host is very good at responding to messages. Thanks

Kinza’s home was beautiful, clean, decorated very nicely, spacious, and we loved the neighborhood. Their communication was very quick and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Great for family gatherings. Only complaint is kitchen needs more dishes, knives, and utensils.
