Tea and coffee was there for our use. Instructions were fairly good.The area was bearable, the price to stay was right for those on a small budget

Been woken up by guests using the washing machine before 6.30am, although this might ' have been just on this particular occasion. Not in the best of areas but ok for the short stay I needed. Did the job.

Everything could have been better

The place was unclean and the landlord kicked us out after having one noise complaint which we addressed and kept the noise down immediately after. I find this disgusting for 4 young girls to be left in this situation in an area of Birmingham that felt unsafe.

Very friendly stuff, helped with our requests straight away. I will book it again when traveling to Birmingham.

Cleanliness and value for money. The landloard was able to help me with all my specific requirements (like secured work tools storage) and wnet an extra mile and let me use his privata TV login so me and my wife could watch our favourite TV series.
