As advertised, all worked, could use modernization.

The property was beautiful. Cleanliness of condo needs improvement. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable. Beach chairs , umbrella, coolers and beach towels were provided. Great view of the sunset from condo. Gas grills and pool area were a plus however they close at 9:00 pm which seems early. Close to airport, Costco, and Walmart.

We were also happy that because of our changed early flight that we could check in early. The location is also very central. We saw one green turtle at the beach the second day. And could walk next morning very early via the beach and saw 25 turtles and sunrise. We used our rental car to visit other beaches to snorkel. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Thought we were in paradise with nice flowers and colorful birds and sounds.. Would advice this condo!

Very peaceful property with easy access to main roads. Located away from big hotel crowds but still a short drive to great food and beaches.

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying in Kihei was a great location to get everywhere.

There are so many restaurants,excursions and beaches near the condo. The boys loved hanging out at the hot tub every night meeting the other guests and residents. Will definitely visit Maui again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Maui. Close to all the tourist sites, grocery store and restaurants. A short ride to beautiful beaches.

My family and I were pleasantly happy with our stay at Luana Kai. It was very clean and full of more amenities than we expected, which made it easier for cooking in and going to the beaches with chairs and body boards was nice. We had a very fun and relaxing stay. The condo is really nice and the beds are comfortable. It’s located close to shops and restaurants and several different beaches. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Couldn't ask for a better location or condo. Beautifully renovated, perfect layout and a view that never grows old. We would be happy to come back here whenever we're on the island and hope to do so. 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my 3 kids (10,10,6) and we loved the easy access of being on the ground floor. My kids were in an out all day, catching lizards, running on the grass and swimming in the pool. The unit is well equipped with EVERYTHING a fam might need! I left extra sunblock there to replace what we used. Kihei get extremely windy for a few hours in the afternoon, but other than that I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked this unit at Luana Kai. The place is exactly as advertised. The condo is ground level, right next to a huge, open grass area. We loved going out there and throwing the frisbee and/or flying kites as a family. It was really great. The unit is very close to the BBQs (which we didn't use) and the pool (which we did use). The pool isn't huge, but it was never overly crowded when we were there either. The beach directly outside of the condo isn't great (which we knew from other reviews). It's a bit better if you head up the beach to the right. We played one day on the beach but spent our other days visiting amazing beaches all over the island, with some of the best only 10-15 minutes away. This location is perfect for exploring the island. We chose it for its central location and wasn't disappointed. The condo had everything you could want - coolers, boogie board, snorkels, beach chairs, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were all good. The AC was amazing. The outside table and chairs were great to use as well. My only critique (and it’s a small one) is that in an attempt to have "everything" for renters, the place did feel a little cramped. There is something stored in every available space in closets and bedrooms. It wasn’t a huge deal, but if some of the items could be stored elsewhere, it would definitely open up the condo. Overall, though, I was completely satisfied. Thanks for the great week!

Killer place right on the beach. Easy check in process and the host was very easy to work with. Place was fully loaded with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Pool and BBQ set up was very nice. 10/10 would recommend.
