This loft we stayed in was the perfect location for our trip to Cleveland. Just minutes away from downtown, close to all the attractions. Rocket Mortgage Field house, Progressive Stadium and the Rock and Roll hall of Fame. All right there!! Our host Andrea was wonderful! Communication with her was awesome. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Good location and space. Good communication from host. Check in process/getting into the building and room are a little complicated but detailed instructions were provided. Free indoor parking close to everything downtown is a big plus.

This is a cute little two story apartment. It was well equipped for our needs. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We liked the smart tv so we could tune in to our regular channels. We enjoyed sitting out on the roof balcony in the evenings. The free parking was a BIG plus! The location was conveniently close to major attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the action! Walking distance from so many cool spots to get food, drinks, shop, shows, etc. I definitely recommend!

I was initially leary of what the property might be like based on the price compared to the surrounding area but I was pleasantly surprised. The buliding is rehabed and in decent condition. The property was clean and well appointed. It is a loft apartment nestled among downtown businesses. It was quiet until late morning around 10 when the businesses begin to operate. We dont sleep past that so it wasnt a problem for us. We had one concern during our stay and they wanted to rush someone over to fix it until we let them know it wasn't important to us...we were just letting them know. Management was very responsive to messages and responded promptly. We would certainly stay again!

Location was great for my purposes of enjoying a ball game, with everything i needed within an easy walk. The loft nature of the unit has a fairly long stair to the bedroom/bath area but it was fine for me. Communications were excellent, and really facilitated easy access to a property that is a bit unconventional in its layout.

We loved the apartment especially having a garage to park In and also loved the balcony to enjoy some sunshine. Walked to and from the Agora which was a nice walk that took about 25 mins. Overall it was a good experience!

My husband and son stayed here for the eclipse. Greatcplace and great location! Very good communication with Andrea as well. We definitely recommend and stay again.

The location is great. Theaters restaurants are within walking distance. A quick car ride or public transportation to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and area attractions. Parking garage is definitely a bonus.

The place was very clean. Was a little hard to find as it is right downtown and the entrance to the parking garage is off of a little side street/ alley. The parking was a little tricky, if you have a larger vehicle such as an suv it may be more difficult to navigate once you are inside the parking area, it is pretty tight in there. and the ramp is pretty steep. I have a low set vehicle, a charger, that bottomed out at the top of the ramp every time we came out. I asked about any additional parking and was told it was only available for an additional fee. The basic amenities were provided, though I would suggest leaving a few more towels and a blanket or 2. The host was quick to respond and always polite and professional.

Rental was in a great location and convenient to get to where we wanted to go. The building on the inside seemed a bit dated in some spots; however, the rental itself was great and nothing like the hallway.
The off-street secured parking garage was also a great bonus. The garage entry pin pad was a bit tricky and took two or three attempts to get the door to open. The path to the garage is a bit steep towards the top entrance/exit. So if you have a sports car or a car that is low like myself, take it slow and you'll be fine.
Overall it's a good place to stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend it/stay again.

This clean, comfortable apartment provided a great home base as we met up with family for a special event. Location was perfect — just a short walk from the rest of our group. Our host was super responsive and exceptionally thorough in her attention to detail.

Loved our stay in this cool loft! The location is perfect for getting to just about anything you’re doing in Cleveland. The loft is exactly as pictured and very clean! An added bonus was the little coffee bar left for us with a bag of Starbucks coffee, creamers and sugar! If you can’t easily do a long narrow staircase, this property is not for you.
Some suggestions for the owner to help the guest experience… put hooks in the bathroom in place of the towel bar so people can hang their towels up. Put a kitchen towel or drying rack in the kitchen. Ice cube trays would have been handy to have.

The accommodations were comfortable, had everything we needed, close to Playhouse Square with the bonus of having a private deck off the bedroom. We walked back to this VRBO after a concert at Progressive Stadium, before other concert goers were out of the various parking garages.

The property is pretty much as advertised. The building a quite old. We had a bit of trouble after getting the garage door clicker from a lockbox as it would only open the exit door (left side). Tried hitting all the clicker buttons so not sure if it was operator error or something else. Also, if you have a large vehicle you will have trouble in the parking garage as it has numerous posts everywhere. Also the sliding door off the bedroom had blinds that fell apart when we tried to open them. They need to be replaced. Overall it worked for our purposes of staying downtown overnight.

This property was perfectly as described. Very clean, and perfect location for downtown activities. The indoor parking (included) was a blessing. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was like an upscale hotel stay. We were very impressed with the communication and ease of parking and accessing the apartment. Bed was a very comfortable sleep, which can ruin a trip if this is overlooked. We will definitely book with Andrea again, and hopefully make it to Cleveland more often.
