No table to eat, no napkins or paper towels, was given 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and was told that’s all u get for a week not impressed

Overall good experience. I would suggest wheelchair accessible in the back because the spaces up front fill up quick and a wheelchair can’t access the back due to the curb.

The rooms were very nice and it was located by many places to eat. We had 2 issues…
1- We reserved a King bed and got stuck with 2 queens. Very disappointed with the fact that no one was available to fix the issue.
2- There isn’t an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Thank goodness we only had carryons and backpacks. However, my mother in law is 75 and has health issues and she was on this trip.
Out side of those issues, it was a nice stay.

I will always stay at the place when I come to Jackson, TN. Your room is an actual apartment like. Living room, kitchen, 2 tvs, and the bed room is separate. I was really impressed

A brand new extended stay location in the area. Our room was big but had some punch list items that still needed to be finished. Did not know about the lobby closing at 7 PM until we were texted at 6 PM while still an hour away. Overall. Willing to try again if rates are low next time I am I. The area.

Very secure facilty the staff was amazing and helpful. Super clean and sound proof rooms @149.00 per night durning my time of stay.

Everything was good, even the service. The only complaint was the bed were a little hard for me, but other then that it was a great place to stay. I did feel it was a little high on price but I did love the set up with the full kitchen, that was a nice bonus. I give it a 4.5 stars.

First our rates that was made thru Expedia was challenged .Our reservation was changed without notice. I have lower back issues and have trouble climbing steps. There was no apology for the change, I was just told by the agent she did not make the change. It was an inconvenience for my daughter to have to take her things up the steps and then come back to get me and my things. Customer service means a lot

I didn’t like the room was not swept. There was lint/ dust balls on the floor. I advised the counter person and she just said “sorry”. I didn’t like there were nothing to purchase in the locked lobby.

Hotel was great, amenities was great. However, communication wasn’t the best. When we checked in, we had to call a number to get someone to the desk. She came instantly and we had no issue. However in the morning, we tried to call the desk to get another towel and there was no answer. I do not know if it was someone asleep, or no one working at night at all. However, as soon as the lobby opened, a lady had came in and got us what we needed. Other than the lack of help in the after hours, we really enjoyed this hotel. I would most likely stay again, but hope there is better communication!

No elevator. No ice for our evening cocktails and tv in the bedroom did not work. Thought it was going to be nicer than it was.

Brand new hotel that was comfortable. Nice room with living room/kitchen area separate from the bedroom. A couple things we did not like but none are deal breakers for us. At check in at 7pm the doors were locked and we had to call on the phone to get someone to let us in and check us in. The garbage under the sink had not been emptied. There was a used wash cloth hung over the shower curtain. Otherwise everything was nice looking and clean. We would stay again.

The rooms actually looked like the pictures. Everything was clean, the rooms smell fresh due to the no smoking you can cook if you have a strict diet you need to cook for gotta bring your own pans only thing that was a pain was the check in/out had to call both times to get took care of

A new property that had everything we needed. The front desk was excellent, willing to help with anything that you need. I would definitely go back here any time I get the chance!

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the property inside and all the modern furnishings provided in the apartment. Extremely enjoyed the "No smoking policy" as it was most refreshing not having to inhale the second smoke of others seeping inside the rooms! Outside maintenance was great too, Please keep up the Gold Standard!

I really enjoyed the awesome set up of the apartment; home away from home with all of the amenities. The entrance is also secured to prevent anyone from entering without a passkey. Awesome customer service, clean apartment and modern. Great place.

Rooms were very spacious and had everything advertised. The staff was very friendly and fast but the 1st room we were given the beds were made up but had been used by someone. We found dirt and sand in both of them. We were moved to a different room without any problems. That was the only hitch in the stay.

nice space, but it wasn’t clean. sheets were dirty and there were butt crumbs on the toilet :/ . besides that, it was a nice room. really seems like more of an apartment like the name.

While I understand that this is based on a corporate venture the pricing isn't conducive for a long term stay for anybody else. The amenities provided were pretty barebones and not having basic things like toothpaste available for customers is a bit weird. The air conditioning unit in my particular room sounded like it was a rushing waterfall in addition to the normal AC sounds.
