This place is good for the price. It's not high-end -- for example, the furniture is cheap, the suite we rented had a bit of wear and tear, and the free-standing air conditioner was LOUD. But the location could not be better, and the apartment was pleasant. The owners paid a lot of attention to design details (ie. - retro fridge and microwave). Don't rent here seeking luxury, but other than that, no complaints.

Do not book this place, it is a scam! We booked this trip excited to be staying in Victoria, BC. After a 12 hour day of traveling we were excited to be able to rest up for the night. We arrived at the property with our code and instructions, but we were unable to gain access. We called the number for the property management, texted the number and emailed the number with no response. There were even tenants trying to help us. After 45 minutes we booked another hotel. It has been 6 days and we still have not heard back from the property management and hotels.com is also unable to get in contact with them to get a refund.

The property was well taken care of. It was clean, comfortable, safe and well thought out. The decor was minimal, but had a lot of character. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Victoria became more memorable because of the wonderful experience we had on Waddington flats. The location was great, the property was very clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. On top of that, the property host was very nice and attentive. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Victoria, BC.

Everything is automatic, it does not have a reception, however, everything worked exactly as indicated, they welcomed us with a very tasty coffee, the apartment is very clean and functional, very close to the center, I was not in the habit of not being treated by one person and I didn't have any problems, I would gladly return

The space was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The problem was hearing everything noisy step from the room above us and the noise was constant. The people weren’t being inappropriate - they just wore heavy shoes and didn’t think about how sound travels. It really ruined our experience. They need to pad and carpet the units. Also, the customer support was great helping us when the front door lock was broken and when we couldn’t sign into Netflix. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do about the problem with how sound traveled between the floors. Also, the elevator was out of order on our last day.

Great place to stay, right at the waterfront in Victoria’s Oldtown. The flat was exactly as advertised, with lots of nice little touches like fully stocked Keurig coffee maker. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night, with people out celebrating at the nearby bars, but that’s to be expected for the locale.

Very unique property, modern and comfortable. Great location downtown, convenient and within walking distance to amenities.

A quiet cozy spot in downtown area

Waddington Flats was everything I could have asked for and more! Amazing location, private, beautiful and clean suites that had everything I could have needed in them, and the orca theme was so cute and well decorated. Khristina was an amazing host, sending me informative emails throughout my stay - I cannot wait to come back to Waddington Flats every time I visit Victoria!
