A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping in front of the entrance. One can easily manage whole Geneva from this spot with the free-of-charge travel card that came with the room. I made a physical door card at arrival (9th floor) thanks to which no headaches with trying to open various doors and entrances with mobile phone. The only weakness was the relatively poor recycling facilities even you actively would try to do that, thus ended to take e.g. metals, plastics, and cardboard with me to be recycled on public places on the street. All in all, can recommend this place warmly.

Best business hotel in geneva

A bit odd with no staff, but it works well. You use your phone as key to the entrace and the room. It was actually a small apartement with fridge, stove and dishwasher 😀👍

It was an excellent place where the attending person Sergei was amazingly helpful. He also communicated clearly regarding our questions. We were very happy staying there. In short it was a fabulous experience.

Amazing place! Very well appointed and thought-out for such small quarters. 9th floor has great amenities too. Only wish we could have atayed longer! Geneva is a wonderful town also.

Great stay right off the train station. Stayed with the kids. They loved the bunk beds. Dryer is available on site which was helpful.
