Whilst it does have some fabulous points, such as the privacy and the lovely pool, it was the maintenance (or lack thereof) and the little things like a manual that shows clearly and easily how to turn things on etc. After a week of frustration we were fed up, Lisa came over on day one and was great but there is no fall back when other things cropped up and we were not comfortable continually having to contact her. A manual is essential, doors that lock, doors that you can easily open, a mat outside bedroom doors rather than having to sweep dirt away every day............enough already

This villa is not up to the standard of other Niramaya villas we have stayed in that have been upgraded and cost the same amount. The photos on Stayz are very outdated and misrepresent the current standard of the property. Not the luxury we were led to believe.

A lovely oasis set amongst lush gardens. It was a joy to stay here..so much room and probably one of the best stocked kitchens with cutlery pots condiments a plenty.

this Villa is set in idyllic surroundings. the surrounds are immaculate with an army of staff maintaining perfectly manicured gardens and lakes. the resort's restaurant and bar offered fine dining and an unforgettable experience. We totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay here , we can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Niramaya Villa 14 from 27 December 2017 till 4 January 2018 and it was truly amazing! The Villa is awesome, and much better in real life than the photos online. The Villa was decked out perfectly with everything we needed, the customer service we received from Lisa was outstanding, and of course the kids loved the pool! We really appreciated the 'things to do' and 'where to eat' tips. Highly recommended! Many thanks again Sharon & Grant for letting us stay! We will be back!

We recently stayed at Villa 14 for our 20 year wedding anniversary and we are so happy that we did. The property is beautiful and offers everything anyone could want for a great time away. If you are wanting to party all night and play loud music until the early hours of the morning then stay somewhere else. However if you would like to truly get away and spend quality time with loved ones, family and or friends then do yourself a favour and book Villa 14. From the moment you arrive you will feel Bliss! Situated in its little gated community surrounded by lovely gardens you have three great bedrooms (master with beautiful ensuite), great kitchen, living and dining area but you will probably spend most of your time out the back as we did (and in the pool also of course). The main resort pool is also very nice and the restaurant too. There is a supermarket only 1 block away and a bottle shop across the road. You can also walk to the Beach Shack for a meal or drink if you can bring yourself to actually leaving your Villa. One night we had a personal Chef (google Jed Sneddon) come over and cook us a 7 course degustation menu which was amazing. All in all this is a beautiful property and will not disappoint, Enjoy!!!
