Upon arrival lock code for key wasn’t correct. We got a new code once requested. Once we got in there wasn’t any power. We contacted management, they didn’t answer but called us back within 15-minutes. They were unaware of issue & said they’d get back to us. We didn’t hear back for 4 hours & the only communication was ‘it should be back on within 2-hours’ this would have been 10pm (our check-in time was 3pm) This was the last communication we had. We had plans for the evening so had to find another place to stay for the night. We filed a complaint with VRBO & they can’t get ahold of host either. I cannot recommend this property because of the lack of communication & respect of renters time. We understand issues arise but the host didn’t seem eager to keep us informed of progress or reimbursement for inconvenience.

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. The accommodations were comfortable and worked well for us. We did not use the kitchen but it was amply stocked. The air conditioning cools the home well and it has nice water pressure in the shower. The garage is nice to have though you have to go around to the front to open it each time as there is no automatic garage door opener available. We did have a dog and there is no enclosed area so you have to walk them in the grass behind the property. There is also a required pet cleaning fee. The location is good for those attending Six Flags, games or needing to be close to the freeway. Down the street there is a decent selection of fast food restaurants. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we would stay there again.

We loved our stay!

Firstly, the location is great and the apartment was cute. When we arrived the check in was not quite as easy as expected. The code for access didn’t work and we couldn’t get in and had to call for assistance which was prompt. However my only major complaint is, I did not think the bnb was up to standards cleaning wise

Arived right around check out time once we figured out where the lock box was everything was smooth sailing from there We enjoyed our stay very much Great place for the price and would definitely come back to stay again

Bad: This was the WORST short term rental experience I’ve ever had in over 20 years of renting! The “host” doesn’t answer the phone, the code at arrival did not work, it is NOT new, the advertisement is false overall, it’s a poorly built property, it’s in terrible condition, it was gross! The towels were damp, covered in hair, and stained! The host would only reply “I’ll check with cleaners” when I sent multiple pictures and brought issues to attention within 30 minutes of arrival. The property is in horrible overall condition. The washer and dryer were full of fifty linens. The beds had the sheets on top of the comforters. I’ve never seen this in my life. Someone had “cleaned” with dirty rags and old nasty waster to the point it was still left over upon arrival. There was enough hair at the bottom of the shower drain to make you vomit in your mouth and run outside! The “host” is zero help and blamed the cleaning company and took no action, responsibility, nor offered anything to remedy. This should be a “ZERO” rated property and removed from any legitimate listing. Good: it’s walking distance to Globe Life Stadium.
