It was just average, pricey

There was nothing special about Stony Creek Inn but the room was clean. It was a small room with 2 double beds, small bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. They also had the standard hotel hot breakfast. The only thing that was strange was that the carpet felt wet. We assumed it was because it was on the first floor and was getting moisture from the concrete since the room was cooled and the outside air was hot! You are assigned a room at check in so it doesn't look exactly like the pictures. It was actually pretty expensive for the size of the room. We've gotten much nicer and larger studio or 1 BR condos for way less than this, but this was a last minute booking for us so had to pay the price!!

STAY HERE. The staff are superb! Teresa at the front desk is the bees' knees. She's knowledgeable, personable, and fun to chat with. Colton at the bar is a hoot, and has a birthday coming up! The room was spotless, good shower pressure, adorbs decor, all of which add up to a full recommendation. We will be booking directly next time, but definitely staying again.
