Modern apartment building in BARCELONA, located right next to Park Güell, one of the most famous tourist attractions in Barcelona. The apartment area is much quieter than the city center, but it is close enough to access all the points of interest in Barcelona. In any case, here you will have great restaurants to eat at, cafes and bars. The area is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transport.

With elevator. There are suitable ones. with 1 bedroom plus sofa bed in the living room + 1 bathroom, for 4 people and suitable. with 2/3 bedrooms for 6/7 people. There are single beds in the three bedrooms available, in addition to the sofa bed, allowing up to 7 people to be accommodated maximum.

The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, hair dryer, heating with radiators and air conditioning. The dining room has a balcony, flat screen TV and DVD.

It should be noted that there are two bathrooms, as well as WIFI connection, to stay in touch with your family and friends. The apartment has another TV in the double room. Pets are NOT allowed. GROUPS OF YOUNG TEENAGERS, UNDER 25 YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED The building offers a free parking space upon prior request (

subject to availability). Please note that the entrance to the parking lot is somewhat narrow and therefore all cars exceeding 4.30mx 2.40mx 2.18m will not be allowed.
