We liked everything.

No sink in the bathroom to wash hands after using the washroom. We had to come out and wash hands or brush teeth.

The location was close to my destination which made my commute easier.

The rug had burn marks all over and the chair was rather dirty, I didn't sit in it as the arms were pretty gross and the light in the bathroom flickered a lot when it was turned on and then glowed after I turned it off for a second.

This property was before and we came snd discover that was completely removed ( we were on the 4th floor and I think they are renovated the other floors ) now Park Hill made a big difference !

Bathroom is quite narrow but there is a sink outside.

I like that the property is close to many restaurants and leisure areas.

When we first arrived, there was this smell like cigarette inside. A little small for what we expected.

Location and staff

Arrived early, staff was very courteous and helpful.

Uncontrollable but a homeless person was outside of hotel yelling making my daughter feel very unsafe and awkward.

The staff who cooked breakfast and cleaned were incredibly sweet and friendly and really made the stay for me. The hotel provided good value for money. Apparently they don't normally take cats but they did allow it for me without issue (charging a pet fee, of course).

Breakfast was excellent......Thank you.
