Het personeel was supervriendelijk en stond altijd voor je klaar. De kamer was echt schoon, evenals de ruimte rondom het zwembad, de ontbijtzaal en de directe omgeving van het hotel.

Enige minpunt was het geluid van het verkeer. Het hotel ligt direct aan de drukke weg van de snelweg naar het centrum van Red Deer.

Location excellent easy in and out of red deer. Restaurants and gas stations very near by. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Broken tiles in bathroom where shower curtain was installed. Found dried contacts lens on the carpet from prior guests. Hot tub out of order and very small pool.

Our rooms are decent within the price range. The staffs were very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall cleaniness is standard. Parking is hastle-free.

The hot tub was broken during our stay, which was slightly disappointing. It would be better if there is a water fountain in the facility. My main disappointment is the breakfast arrangement. It felt very restricting; accessing to food or drinks was not easy. It was also time-consuming. I didn't enjoy the breakfast time during my stay. Not sure if it were by design to discourage waste of food, but it really felt less welcoming.

Couch was stained and office chair was very worn

Room was having AC serviced. We were upgraded to couple suite with jacuzzi.

The breakfast was decent at hot, there was a decent amount of options and I liked that it was available until 10am. The staff were great!

It was disappointing that the hot tub wasn't working and it won't be for quite some time. I don't recall seeing that mentioned on booking.com but maybe I missed it.

Friendly staff

We had the family room that had bunk beds in a separate alcove that our grandson thought was pretty cool. The pool and water slide were also enjoyed.

Everything was more than adequate
