Le déjeuner…. Rien de ce qu’on voit sur les photos… Pas de bacon, pas d’œufs à part des œufs à la coque! Le trajet pour se rendre à la chambre depuis le lobby…. Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite…

The indoor pool was warm, pool area was surrounded with plants.

Although the pool was warm, the 'hot tub' had no seating and you stood in there with other hotel guests. It was weird. For breakfast, you needed tickets/passes to go and breakfast was not good and in an older, run down restaurant of the hotel. Rooms facing the pool meant you could see into other people's rooms while swimming. The hotel also had a strange layout and there was an elevator in the lobby that wasn't for hotel guests but for tenants that lived in a section of the hotel.

Location of the hotel was great, rooms were OK. Staff were great and very responsive.

Building seemed older and unkempt. Hallways were dark, and smelly. Pool area was dark also. Breakfast was OK but not a great selection and coffee was terrible.

The atrium and pool are beautiful. So much potential here.

The beds were absolutley awful. Completely clapped-out, sunken from all side. We had a hard time sleeping and woke up very sore. The beds ruined our stay and our review of the hotel. They were so bad we won't return, which is a shame because the hotel has so much potential.

The location is perfect if your going to the red deer hospital or the curling club in downtown

The heater/ AC is right beside the bed closet to the bathroom and is dam noisey and the bathrooms are so dam small you can’t even turn around in them and shower heads in showers are horrible

breakfast was ok, some hot items were a bit cold. Room was satisfactory. Pool would have been great to utilize but there were screaming children in there the whole time. Staff were generally friendly.

the screaming children in the pool- i could hear them in my room. Also the chaos of the dining room in the morning, no fault of the staff but the other guests were honestly just unruly. The area the hotel was in felt unsafe. The building from the outside looked in poor shape.
