Friendly staff and dog friendly with lovely property and large property. Love that they are helping to find new homes for dogs and will let you take the dog for a walk on the property to get to know him if you are looking to adopt a pet.

This resort is in disrepair. We saw broken tile at the pool, lights hanging out of the ceiling room of our room, a broken sink, a broken shower drain, a patio table outside covered in bird droppings, trash on the property, landscaped shrubs pulling away from the side of a building, an unclean adult pool, and many other small things that signal the property is either understaffed or has trouble with management and facility care. The menus are out of date, and the television services were limited and buggy.
Service was fine–everyone was friendly and competent. Food was not spectacular, especially for the price, but it was fine overall.
We did not bring our child with us on this trip, but the property is good for kids and the water slides and arcade were kept up a little better than some of the other areas. The arcade is also where they have the free happy hour, so it gets a little boisterous with adults clamoring for their "free" Bud Lights and Charles Shaw (equivalent) wine.
If the price of the stay entices you, go now versus later; I have a feeling it is not going to get better over time. It is a budget resort experience that mostly is fine, but if you want a true resort experience, this will probably feel shabby.

Stuff at front desk weren’t patient. Room dirty and noisy. People were knocking on our door at night. No dining options. All restaurants serves the same menu. Rooms far from amenities, bowling tix didn’t work and at check out they wanted to charge me more for the resort fee.

The only thing I didnt like was the lanai. No one cleaned it and leaves were every where & even on the chairs. It looked dusty so we didnt sit outside on the chairs. Other than that the room was great.

Very nice place. Shuttle service from your room to main office was nice. Liked the small patio off the room. A/C was cold which is good being in the desert.
Only one gripe and that was the bath tub. Was way too small for me, 6’ tall, and had a weird slope on the inside and I couldn’t stand in it very well. I kept feeling like I was going to fall.
