This is a good place to stay for one, maybe two, nights. It’s older and doesn’t have amenities like a refrigerator or in our room a shower curtain. It’s right by the highway and the State Capitol so it’s in a good location.

This place was awful. First off, they switched the room we booked with a smaller room with a double bed when we had originally booked a king executive suite. At check in, they had no explanation other than they gave our room to guests who checked in earlier, and that they were sold out for the night. When we got up to the room, it was dirty, with the bed sheets balled up on the bed, and had obviously not been cleaned after the previous guest. When we went back down to the desk and waited in another long line, she was able to “swap” our room for a regular king room which she let us know was someone else’s room who hadn’t checked in yet. I asked if we would be refunded or prorated the cost of the more expensive room that we had booked, and she said I would have to contact the manager as she had no authority to change the charge. The manager of course was not on duty on the day of check out so I will be trying to get into contact with them but it’s clear that this hotel and its management is deplorable. I would never stay here again and would recommend against anyone booking a room here as clearly booking a room does not actually guarantee that you will get one or that it will be what you booked.

We had a great stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. There were some wall scuffs and worn carpet in the room, but otherwise a great stay. We will return.

First room i was put in, the sheets were dirty and had been used! Second room was ok except that the hall door had a 1-2 inch opening on the open door side which did not feel very safe! I have had an issue with a double booking that was caused by the computer program for the hotel and I have called 4 times to try to fix it! Manager will not take my calls or return them!

Perfect location to visit Jeff City next to the Capitol in the prison. Absolutely lovely downtown. Also. Conveniently located for biking the Katy Trail after arriving on the Amtrak.

Showed up to check in had difficulties with the first key then got it figured out. 2nd key took about 30 minutes to an hour to get then the 2nd key did not work and the room that we were given had an occupant then we got a 2nd key for another room and the key worked but the room was again occupied we then had to wait another 30 mins for them to find an unoccupied room then finally on the 3rd try we got the 2nd room finally. As for cleanliness my room smells like mold from my AC which is older than me. There was hair and crumbs all over the beds and crumbs on the table. But the man at the front desk did give me breakfast tickets for the room trouble, thank god because im not paying $15.75 a piece for all 4 of my people to eat breakfast here in the morning.

What was amazing is that no matter how fast he ran, you could not hear a thing. It was definitely dated and old. The coffee maker doesn’t match with the disposable pod filter and when I went to the lobby at 0430 attended was asleep and informed me she could have coffee ready by 6. Room service only had snakes for dinner and snack and soda room wasn’t stocked. And you have to pay $10.00 to park on the hotel outside lot. My last time here was during state nationals last year and it was exactly the same.

The hotel it self was nice. Rooms felt clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and food was good. Parking was horrible. Not bearly enoigh parking spaces and parking garage was beyond tight. Just wish there was better parking.

The hotel is very tired with multiple construction projects ongoing and visible to hotel patrons. No one working, just messes everywhere that need cleaned up each evening when the day is complete. The hotel is dirty, rooms are dirty, furniture in state of disrepair and lines at the front desk with one person addressing all the issues in an untimely fashion.
