This was the perfect hotel for our visit to Anaheim. The location was great - walkable to restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to things we wanted to do outside of Anaheim. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The Sheraton was very clean and the service was excellent. My room was so comfortable and it was definitely nicer than a lot of places I’ve stayed in Anaheim. I would stay there again. The only negative was the Charge for incidentals was a little high at $100 a night Compared to most places which is about $50 a night

Our room waa not ready when we got there but our Daughters was. They were very helpful and bumped up our room and our Daughter's as well to club rooms and gave us a room credit to use in bar or restaurant Very friendly and helpful staff. Waa a great stay!!!!

This was our first time staying at the Sheraton for a very quick trip to Disneyland and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a similar trip! The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had clearly been recently renovated, with a very modern if slightly small bathroom, very comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. The room had a balcony which we could see the Disney fireworks from and the back of some of the rides, which shows just how close the hotel is to the resort. I would estimate a 5-10 minute walk maximum to the entrance depending on your speed. We loved the on-site shop/Starbucks which was equipped with everything you could need from cold drinks and fresh bakery snacks to hats, Disney merchandise and medicine if you forgot to pack anything. Overall a great stay!

It was great. One suggestion for kids on the spectrum, maybe remove the lamp on table between beds. Some kids (my grandsons) get a thrill from throwing things and the lamps are dangerous as they are not locked down. Other than that thank you for all you gave us for him to use while staying w you . Appreciated much

Seems like a resort until you get to the rooms. Thats where special treatment ended for us. The room was clean and updated which we appreciated. A little noisy. We left for our morning at Disneyland and came back to the room which hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. I doubled checked that the “Do not disturb” sign was not up. After our early afternoon rest I called the front desk and mentioned that housekeeping had not come to our room and could they come while we were gone for the afternoon and evening. Was told “Yes, we will send them up”. Came back to the room at 11:30 pm and housekeeping had never come, dirty towels and garbage was never picked up. No note or message for us on a reason was left for us. Called the front desk and was told that they don’t have many housekeeping staff in the afternoons… no “We are so sorry”. Had to call three times for towels. All I wanted was an apology and know that they made some effort to honor their promise. This was not a cheap place to stay so felt like once they are paid, they didn’t care. We will not go back there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s close to Disneyland and a walking distance to several restaurants. We had a king size bed on the 12th floor that gave us a view of the fireworks, which was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Like a resort in the city

The first night we checked into our hotel room the sheets were dirty with some sort of red stain. We called guest services to let them know, the next day housekeeping had changed the sheets & again they were stained, along with a horrible dead fish smell coming out of the carpet. Guest services sent us up sheets to change the bedding ourselves, and a new blanket. They offered to switch our room the next morning, fast forward to the next morning the smell was gone, & sheets were clean, when I called down to guest services to ask about moving rooms i was told there was nothing showing on their end that I was offered to move. But we were fine with it as the smell was gone & we finally had clean sheets. Upon check out I was addressing my issues with the manager in hopes he would at least take care of the parking fees for our troubles, and he said there’s was nothing more he can do as one of the staff offered to remove 5 days worth of parking fees, and he personally wouldn’t have even done that. He also said if he were us and had to deal with the fish smell from the carpet he would’ve packed his family up and left. I couldn’t believe this was the HOTEL MANAGER I was speaking to telling us he would’ve left ??? Where would we even go it was a long weekend and there wasn’t much hotels close to Disney available when we booked. Once we landed home I received a voicemail saying he would remove all the parking charges (which he initially was very insistent wasn’t even an option)

Elevator situation was not good. Hot weekend rooms struggled to keep temperatures down. Lobby area was nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

Like: -location is walking distance to Disney and CVS -view of pool from balcony -there is a store on the main level (if you need any beverages, snacks, souvenirs, fans, batteries, first aid, etc,) with a Starbucks Dislike: - elevator is slow and the stairwell access is unknown -the staff knocked on the door at 9 am the day of check out, spoke too softly, I didn't know what she wanted, assumed she was reminding us to check out at 11am -upon checking out the hotel charged a $3.50 postage fee, I had no idea what this was, I didn't order a package to my hotel, nor was Sheraton holding any packages for me, so the day of check out I asked them to kindly refund it The incidental charge was removed from my credit card upon checking out. 👍

Rooms were very modern and upgraded with cool features like a motorized table that can raise and lower, a built-in night light in the bathroom mirror, and ample power outlets. There was only one small quirk that housekeeping would leave one random thing out place each day.. for example, one day the curtains were draped over the chair, and the next day the shower drain cover was partially removed. These were funny observations more than anything, and didn't impact the quality of our stay
