This place is WAY overpriced. Nice location on the lake, but the rooms are extremely small, and the service was terrible. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly.
When our room was ready, they told us to go up to our room and the porter would bring our luggage. We waited, waited and after 30 minutes went down to the luggage room and brought up our bags ourselves. No one even noticed we had grabbed them! The staff were so unattentive.
When we asked about their “spa” the lady at the front desk told us nothing about how it worked and only told us when we can’t use it!? Not helpful at all.
After 3 weeks of travel in Europe, this was supposed to be a real special treat for us. We spent over $1,000 USD for a night that was no better than a Comfort Inn in the US. Don’t be bamboozled by the pictures.

My wife had a knee injury, and needed a wheelchair. The property when we arrived, had a wheelchair ready and assisted us. The staff and hotel has been very gracious to us and has been very helpful under these difficult situation. We extended our stay feeling that another hotel would not be able to accommodate us like this.
The ground, hotel and room are very well cared for. The restaurant has excellent food and the bar has excellent drinks. We also love the location and view. We highly recommend this hotel. And if we come back to Como will definitely be back here.

This is an elegant hotel with lovely grounds, a first class restaurant, 10 minutes by car from the center of Como. The staff are outstandingly nice and helpful, especially Luca at the front desk. I would not come here however if you intend to stay in the cheapest rooms which are very very small and not worth the price. If you can afford the larger rooms you should have a wonderful time.

The property is very nice & all the staff are super friendly,, but the concierge is exceptional Mattia is very very helpful he was in direct contact with during our stay & organized everything within our time.

This hotel is on Lake Como and should have been amazing, however we were left feeling short changed with the service we received. After travelling for hours we wanted to sit on the balcony for drinks and some fresh air, however as it had been raining this seemed like too much trouble for the staff, we got there eventually however but it was stressful. We then got stranded in town and called the hotel asking for help with a taxi, it was absolutely throwing it down and we couldn't find or call a taxi ourselves, we also couldn't walk back the distance to the hotel as it was torrential, we called the hotel who said no as we weren't leaving from them they couldn't help. We ended up thumbing a lift from a white van man which was amusing but we should have got the help from the hotel in our hour of need. Then I didn't sleep as there was a droning noise all night in our room, then to top it off I didn't fancy the rubbery scrambled egg in the morning and asked for a fried egg, I was told they could but there would be an extra charge (they did one in the end but again it was stressful) When you have paid £600 for a night you would expect excellent service and also to be able to sleep.

The hotel is in a very good location however it is very close to the road so traffic noise was noticed. Rooms are small but clean. Thankfully was able to upgrade to larger room with king bed.

Loved Villa Flori. It was even nicer than the pictures. It is a high end luxury property without being overly stuffy. Would definitely stay there again. Also the included morning breakfast on the balcony over looking the lake was so exquisite it should definitely be taken into consideration as part of the price for the room.

The location of the property and the view was very nice. It was a plus that they had parking although the spaces were very tight. Jona from the bar was very attentive and helpful. Where this property falls short is with their front desk. They were not friendly at all and need a course in hospitality. Do not show up to the property before check in time, it was completely disorganized and caotic. The front desk was very dismissive.

Don’t eat there, all attitude not by any means exceptional. Porter no where to be found at check in. Self parking which was very expensive. This is a place for 1%ers and they know it. The view was more than worth end expense.
