You can't beat the location! Hotel is very pretty and staff was friendly. We had a drink at the bar upstairs and she made me an excellent martini. The bed was just okay, it wasn't the most comfortable. The shower water was inconsistent - it fluctuated between too hot and not hot enough. I loved the bidet! Service all around was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again on the location alone.

This is my third trip to Madrid over 3 months and I stayed at various hotels. The stay in this hotel was perfect for shopping, eating and going to the theater. In fact, I also went to the Lion King musical, 3 doors down. I like this hotel and as a gold member, my room was upgraded to a club room. The room was large as was the bathroom. The bed was not as comfortable as the other hotels tht I had stayed in but it was ok. Breakfast wasn’t that memorable and could be better. The rooftop terrace and restaurant was special and is worth a drink or a meal to enjoy the view. The reception was cordial but not particularly warm. All in all, it was a good stay and I would certainly recommend this to anyone who may be interested in a night out. The area around is buzzing, even at midnight!

The property itself is very nice, staff are friendly and accommodating, location is great, and the rooftop is scenic. However, the room was very outdated, wasn't the cleanest (found multiple black hairs in our bedding and bathroom), and the biggest issue for us was the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, I would stay in this area again but not at this particular hotel.
