The room was good. There was just no room service to exchange towels even though they let the note on the door saying the room is cleaned and sanitized when I came back to room. There was no change in the room.

Stay was excellent. Hotel is nextdoor to
Ihop and country market that has food drinks and everything.
The Bell Hop Guy is very nice and helpful.
The coffee in the lobby is an excellent touch.
Love the Aqua Palms. Can't wait to come back.

The Staff was Excellent from the moment that we called to find the parking, checking in all the way to Check Out! The room accommodations were quite comfortable. The Only 2 BIG NEGATIVES were getting woke up every morning from the people who were on STRIKE @ the Hilton Waikiki across the way and it took 45 minutes to get our food from IHOP downstairs, but we knew that the hotel had NOTHING to do with both of these things, just wish were were offered another room so we didn't have to hear the picketers waking us up so darn early in the morning.

All standard nothing unusual the parking entrance though have an extremely steep slope, makes you reconsider your stay

Our plane got delayed so we stayed at the Aqua Palms. Staffs were exceptional. Easy walking to shopping and food.

We spent 2 nights there before our cruise and I felt like we found a hidden gem. Great location, clean, safe and affordable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Arrived into HNL on the morning of the 5th, but our connecting flight didn't leave until 10pm on the 6th, so we wanted to book 2 nights somewhere for our 1.5 days in Hawaii. Our main thing was to get rid of our jet lag, but also be able to walk around, and to the beach since we had a bit of time. Aqua Palm ended up being the perfect spot for us. It's about 1/2 mile from central Waikiki, but definitely walkable. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family of 4, plus 4 luggages. Staff was friendly, and we were very happy and lucky to be able to check in a little earlier. And the price was reasonable too!

Great location. The bus stops out the front door to go to the shopping centre. The restaurant next door called ihop has excellent food and is open for breakfast,lunch and Dinner. The discount card was a bonus. The staff were all friendly.
