I recently stayed at BW Paradiso, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely rundown, with dust everywhere and outdated decor that feels neglected. The furniture was dirty, and the linens were old and frayed, making the room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The restaurant staff was far from friendly, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

The beds were uncomfortable, and to make things worse, I woke up with bites on my legs—probably from bedbugs. The sheets had stains, which is completely unacceptable. The towels were no better—old, frayed, and stained. It’s shocking that a hotel would even think this is acceptable for their guests. The hotel is far from the center, making it inconvenient, and the pool has restricted hours, so you can’t use it whenever you want. On top of that, you have to make an appointment just to use the pool. The restaurant experience was just as bad. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly the older gentleman with gray hair, who seemed to be the manager. The posted restaurant hours were also misleading—they closed earlier than advertised, which was frustrating and confusing for guests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere—there are far better options available.
