TV didn’t work very well and it wasn’t fixed. This was a VIP stay and nothing was given for the status. Breakfast was not very fresh. Iron didn’t work. I extended my stay one night and the upgraded us to a better room. All in all I would say a 3’out of 5 stars. Staff was helpful rebooking

I had to cancel my stay and checked into another Hotel. Room was terrible. I asked a Non smoking room but got smoking room that stinker. Room is so tight like you're in some BnB hotel in Europe or something. I paid for a Mini Suite that supposedly had all amenities but rather got a shack. I wont recommend... don't waste your money for an expensive rubbish

Our stay was good overall. There was a towel shortage but it was accommodated.

Very clean,safe hotel and a amazing veiw. please under stand that parking is $50 a day! I had a renter car but took it back the next day . I decided that uber would be cheaper and it was .

ThecHotel and moreover the Staff are key to a great stay. As always we were treated like royalty. Cant ask for more. The hotel and staff were busy looking after Hurricane displaced guests with professionalism and respect. 100% a great hotel and team. SHENOYA EVELIN & ARRON, TOP NOTCH.

Just a wonderful hotel. Good restaurant and nearby dining options. Helpful staff! The view of the beach was fantastic! Walkable area.

The service was amazing. The hotel was right across from the beach and within walking distance of tons of places to eat.

This was the second time staying here and it was great. We had an issue with the room they gave us and they immediately moved us to a new room. Staff was friendly, room was clean, wonderful time.

Staff are amazing very welcoming and always treat us like family. Special shoot out to 2 very special ladies, Evelyn and Shenoya, phenomenal customer service !

i stayed because it advertised a good rate, when i got there i was charged more for the undisclosed fees than the room cost . $45 dollars plus tip on top of that to park my car in a near empty lot across the street in off season, then another $50 resort fee for items i didnt want or use…they bragged about the free two beach chairs i could use when i was by myself checking in after dark and checking out the next morning…their so called gym was a joke and wierd unusable equipment and the pool was behind the building boxed in by walls and a building with no windows . who would want to hang out in a pool with no view or breeze when a beautiful ocean is on the other side of the building. pretty much a scam to bait a switch on their good room fees only to be sabataged by the bogus resort fees. its a shame, because the hotel staff and room were nice,,,but the bait and switch on the cost was a big disappointment.

Staff was very responsive and professional. My check-in had a hick up however the front desk refunded my valet upon check out for my trouble. Definitely will return. Thank you

The staff here is the epitome of excellent customer service!!

First of all, I had a great time. Secondly, there is NOOOO PARKING AT THE HOTEL. VALET ONLY $55 for overnight. Thirdly, I paid for the package to include breakfast and was still charged an additional cost for breakfast.
