Everything was clean & quiet, you won’t need shampoos, shower goes, they use Dove brand, and they are in safe containers that are eco friendly. the only thing not pleasant was the breakfast, they need attendants who can make the food to standard like other Hampton hotels. The food is usually very good. Not here. Oh and you will most likely see bear activity here.

I stayed 4 days/nights... after runnjng around shopping, visiting, and taking in the sights of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Coming back to the room was really nice. The fire pit(s) and hot tub was the highlight of the trip. After a long day a soak in the hot tub, and then chilling out at the fire pit was amazing. Even made new friends, sitting out by the pit. I will definitely here on my next trip to the Smoky's!!!

Beds were terrible. Carpets filthy. Only thing good was the location. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Typically I always choose Hampton , but this one will be off the list.

We loved our stay! The hotel was very clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing! Hot tub and outdoor seating with fire pit was so relaxing!

The hotel and room were nice. However, we stayed six nights in a king room and there was no dresser in the room...only 3 small wire shelves inside the TV stand. No dresser for two of us. We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases. Not even a luggage rack to put the suitcase on. The microwave was below the TV (near the floor). The TV was far across the room from the bed (in the "living" area), so to hear the TV in bed the volume had to be loud, and then the adjoining room could hear it. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay, but for a longer stay would have to think twice.

What a beautiful location! Right on a small river and close to the strip in Gatlinburg. We walked down there every night! The hot tub and patio area were my favorite place in the whole hotel. Peaceful views with fire outs and a hot tub right on the river. We also loved the balcony.

The staff of this property were extraordinarily accommodating for our needs. We had to switch hotels mid-trip (to this hotel) and we also had to switch rooms (due to my booking error - DO NOT book with 3rd parties because you get a better deal if you call the property directly), and they were able to get us into each room 'earlier' than the official check-in time and were so helpful about making sure it wasn't a chore. They got the 2nd room ready for us in such good timing that we were able to move from the one to the other with minimal reloading of the car.

I actually can’t rate this hotel- we had to cancel WITH NO REFUND due to severe weather from Hurricane Helene- paid extra to be able to cancel, but that expired 9/22/24, well before knowing what weather was headed that way.
