Visited this hotel this past weekend with my friends. Our room was cold. We turned it up to 90 degrees, but the feel of the room never changed. They must control it from office, but make you think that you can adjust it. A maintenance man came to check it. I noticed on the monitor that he used it said the air blowing out was at 73 degrees, but our thermostat was at 90. He came on the day that we were checking out. We spent two days in the cold. The bathroom had mold in tile. It needs to be deep cleaned. There were also stains on the blankets and sheets. Checkout was 11/24/24.

We spent 2 nights. It is an easy walk to Fashion Center Mall and the Metro, there are restaurants right across the street, and we had very good breakfasts at the hotel. I booked two rooms under one reservation for my son and me and requested in the notes that they be connecting. When I arrived I was told that they were not connecting because there were two different last names. This made no sense to me because my reservation was under one person for two rooms. However, the clerk upgraded our rooms to corner rooms so even though we couldnt be side-by-side we had very nice rooms; my sons room even had a view of the Washington monument. My son is not a minor so it wasn't a huge deal anyway. We would book at this hotel in the future. Only complaint is the parking fee per day is high.

Everything was great

Good place to stay. Not enough towels for a 5 person suite, other than that service was great and friendly. Definitely will come back in the future.

The place was so beautiful and customer service was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. Just wish there was a pool.

My husband and I arrived for a weekend stay for the long Labor Day holiday. First off, our suite was very quiet, spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave in the living/dining area. The daily breakfast was really good and offered a fresh, made your way omelet service. Unfortunately, the water pressure was terrible in our bathroom sink. Also, after the first night of our stay, our room was never cleaned. We came back late after having been out all day out and our bed was still unmade, our morning towels and previous night’s trash was all still in our suite. We saw three attendants cleaning different rooms on our floor as we were leaving that morning; but were told that they were short staffed as a reason for our room not being cleaned.

The breakfast at this hotel was EXCELLENT! Truly. and the complimentary cocktails in the evening were great. Our group enjoyed both immensely.

Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast buffet was great. Brian at check in was awesome. Ann the front desk manager was rude and not very helpful prior to my check out
