The lobby is located on the second floor so you have to haul your luggage up several stairs. There is no elevator and it not accessible for those with disabilities.
Semi trucks park next to the hotel and loudly idle on and off throughout the evening and morning.
The rooms do not have fire doors so you need to be careful to close your door behind you so your room is secure from theft. There was no plug for the bath tub.

Bath tub had some stains that dont appear that they could be washed out.
Parking was behind the Tim Hortons - not too far away and you can see your vehicle from your window.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel with two kids. My room was not cleaned properly and I found left over in side the fridge which caused hygiene issues for the kids making them sick. Carpet was super dirty where the feet were all black after walking for seconds. Frustrating customer service ever as they refused to pay the refund when I submitted the refund request via Expedia team. Not recommended at all! Worst place ever,!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel with two kids. My room was not cleaned properly and I found left over in side the fridge which caused hygiene issues for the kids making them sick. Construction was going on in the parking lot. It looked like there were no parking spaces left until the desk clerk told us we can park at Tim Hortons because they rent the property from the hotel. Even then, trucks coming and going, parking in those spaces, heavy equipment at other times in the parking spaces....

Overall was cozy and served its purpose. However, I couldn't help but notice the hair in the tub, along with a used bar of soap on the edge of the tub with someone else's hair on it. Grosses me out the poor standard of cleaning so many hotels have these days. The room was also quite hot given the weather outside and the AC unit was basically useless; but, the staff were prompt in bringing up a fan when asked.

This hotel met our needs but was dated and not very comfortable. Beds sloped in at the middle and pillows were lumpy. Our room wasn't refreshed despite leaving the sign on the door for refresh.

I'm not actually handicapped, but having short-term knee problems - so was a little surprised to find an entrance accessed only by stairs and no possible ramp.
Check-in was easy, room was comfortable, bathroom rather battered but clean. Fine for a one-night stay
