Staff was friendly and helpful
Room smelt like cigarette smoke, sink was rusty and looked like someone vomited in it. Tub stained, air-conditioned had old food stuck to it, ceiling was peeling.

Location, gentleman at front counter welcomed us and offered help with our luggage. First time anyone offered help with our luggage.
Ice machine was down, coffee pot dirty. Ice machine was fixed the next day.

The manager from Kamloops that was supporting the Smithers sandman was really helpful and friendly
The bathroom door got stuck, the tv wasn’t working, the microwave shut down the main breaker of the room and the icemaker wasn’t working

it was right near where I was when I realized I needed a hotel
no elevator but I only had to bring my baby and buggy up one floor it was fine as my partner was there

Great price and wonderful staff. Super friendly and helpful. I stay here whenever I'm passing through the Smithers area. Right off the highway and beside Timmies!! Rooms are clean and comfortable with some offering for breakfast; muffins, coffee, cereal, etc.

We appreciated having a microwave in our room. We also appreciated the staff called to tell us there was a planned power outage the day we were checking in so we knew to fuel up ahead of time and that some businesses may be closed as a result. The hotel was in great walking distance to Main Street.
The bottom of the bathtub was bumpy so it was hard to keep your footing when bathing. Overall the hotel and room was older so there was a lot of peeling paint and chipped furniture.
