The kitchen for guests was well stocked and easy yo use

we stayed in the family room and is was spacious and clean. the hotel is walking distance to great restaurants. staff is super friendly.

There was no breakfast but the guest kitchen was a surprise and very handy.

The toilet ran a bit.

Flush was plugged on arrival. As a woman travelling alone didn’t like that I was in a room with a door to an adjoining room.

The location was great. Front desk staff were pleasant. Bed was actually fairly comfortable. We noticed it was quite quiet. Did not use the communal kitchen/laundry, but it is a nice bonus. I loved that some time had been spent on the flower beds/baskets.

Booked a Queen room, was provided a room with Double beds. Laminate floors in the room were dirty - laminate floors a great idea, but very obvious when a clean mop has not been used on them. Bathroom could be a bit larger and needs a facelift.

Getting walked in on by a late night check-in who was assigned the wrong room (the room we already occupied) was bad enough - mistakes happen - but then getting a call from the desk QUESTIONING WHETHER WE should be there was very rude. No apology.
