Excellent service as always. Always welcoming. Especially want to note the excellent baggage service—personnel are warm and quick to meet requests to weigh luggage etc. They make an extra effort to ensure one’s needs are met. Front desk staff is also very efficient and welcoming. Housekeeping is very responsive and dedicated. The hotel rooms need refreshing and updating but are clean and comfortable.

Front desk staff is also very efficient and welcoming. Housekeeping is very responsive and dedicated. The hotel rooms need refreshing and updating but are clean and comfortable.

This hotel looked exactly the same as for 10 years ago from my last visit. It do need some upgrading for still be a luxury hotel woth that pricing. So now it is not price value.
Hotelrooms are noise form Aircon and the noise from corridor.
The breakfast is not tempting and could be of a 3 star hotel.

Staying at the Leela is an exceptional experience because of the exemplary service of the staff. From the doormen and security personal, the concierge personnel, the citrus staff, and the hotel managers, the courteousness, attentiveness and warmth of the staff, was quite remarkable. Particularly citrus chef k ? who checked on guests and even made a batura for me when it wasn’t on the menu. Clearly excellence of citrus dining is fostered by his warm engagement of guests and attention to their needs. AST manager Kaur was also very gracious and attentive to guest needs. When there was an issue with my room, the room was promptly changed. In short, the Leela offers a wonderfully hospitable, restful & welcoming stay., especially for transiting guests.

The front desk overcharged my credit card at the time of check out. Lactose free milk was not available in the breakfast restaurant.
We purchased and gave it to the hotel to prepare coffee.

The entire onboarding process was terrible. The room wasn't ready when we arrived and after a wait, we were given a smoking room. when we complained about the smoke smell, they didnt believe us and sent housekeeping to spray air freshner, which we declined.
We requested a new room, but it wasnt provided until late in the evening.

We had an extremely bad experience during our stay at leela. Right from onboarding to guest services. The hospitality was a hit or miss and did not meet the bar. I would be reluctant to book with leela again.
