Both rooms they gave me were filthy and nasty. hair in the refrigerator a big cockroach in the tub on top of a tub pills and paper floors dirty. I called the manager the next morning he said he would get someone to clean the room than never did I am at AWard's member of Red roof inn and I've never been disappointed until now that policy is that if you're complaint has not been solved that you didn't have to pay that's a lie I had to pay for both nights. Very unhappy with the hotel and the manager they should be out of business

Traveling across the US moving out of state. Made reservations on road. Arrived late evening and both rooms reserved had bug infestation. Would not recommend this facility! In Addition, they refused to compensate.

So i was on the fence about this one they could have been better but was ok for the circunstances this was available for evacuation for milton options were limited being on a budget cleanness could have been better reserved two rooms together did not get that on arrival two seperate rooms on different ends of the building, really... water nozzle for tub fell off and took about half a day to get fixed but did get fixed this would be a few examples of the bad the good is it was affordable and available for the circumstances the room had nice ac but small on the coffee pot good thing we brought one oh also they offer them as pet rooms just take a look around we had bathroom door that had some paint chips that had peeled onto the floor would not be good for the pet thats where some better cleaning could have worked so if in a pinch it will work had a good barbacue accross the street walmart not far, home depot, chillies, publix but if i had this as an option again i would move on oh also when walking your pet they do not make you clean after your pet so there is dog crap everywhere just a mine field of crap sorry to be so blunt there but it was bad

As always, Red Roofs are pet friendly without additional charge. This location is convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Pool looked nice but we did not use.

Nice pet friendly hotel i have stayed many times. Bag breakfast could be better. Close to starbucks and alot of restaurants

I had to wipe off the sink and counter before I could use it that toilet seat the shower I rinse thoroughly before I could get in it. The bed was OK, the machine did not work at all. I really deserve a refund.

I called the desk because it was midnight and we had been on the road all day and I just wanted to get some sleep. He took care of it immediately. The pillows could have been more comfortable theyre a little flat for my liking but everyone has a different opinion.

It was clean and easily accessible. We traveled from the big bend area during Helene. Would recommend for a quick overnight last minute stay.

both beds were old and lumpy. supposed to be a nonsmoking room but the mattresses smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Terrible experience! They didn't give me right size bed & refuse ti change. Floors were dirty and little black bugs coming from the floor cress. Service was horrible and front desk clerk horrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Neverstayed in this lifetime

Save your time and money. Bathtub was the worst part. I found an empty bag of Doritos between the wall and the mattress which means they didn't change the sheets. I left, worst hotel ever.
