I been staying here for a while now in I have to say the staff here stepped there game up for sure there always been a few that was on point but I've notice the whole team doing there part and it's certainty showing keep doingg a great job

They are in the process of remodeling. New carpet in hallways and the laminate flooring in my rooms were stylish. Willard, Fredguan, and Natasha were very helpful!

My gog got bit up so bad it caused her to have welts all over her body the hotel said they don't move people for that reason there we're roaches they moved me room's where there's roaches aswell. My puppy then had to go to thee emergency vet due to her body having her body swollen completely head to toe covered in bites. I had to spend more money to move from that hotel to another hotel and my puppy's body is no longer swollen or she has no more pain

The hotel was run down. The registration clerk was out front smoking with another young man and just flat out asked me if I had a reservation without a greeting. He was pleasant enough and helpful enough once we got in, but the second key card I asked for did not work properly.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was completely ripped out of the halls and there was dog crap on the floor. I had to change rooms twice and then ultimately change hotels altogether. The first room, the floor was completely sticky and there were bugs everywhere. The staff told me that the cleaners were off for the night so he had to change me rooms. The second room was even worse. There was black mold in the shower. The floor was rotting out. The AC unit was taped to the wall. The smoke detector was nowhere to be found. When I spoke to staff, they advised me to reach out to Hotels.com for a refund, when I did, Hotels.com stated that this hotel was refusing a refund. Thank God, I’ve taken pictures and videos. This needs to be reported to the health department and building commissioner, and I’m doing just that. The hallways and stairwells that did still have carpet had Q-tips and dirt all over them. Instead of the Night Shift staff doing anything, they were braiding each other’s hair in the laundry room. This is not a hotel. This is a crack motel. Do not stay here!

Hadn't stayed at a Motel 6 in a long time, and the average-ness of my experience reminded me why. Usually my membership in a couple of other hotel group's reward programs provides me with upgraded accommodations, I wasn't so lucky this time. Not the worst stay I've had this summer, but nothing to brag about either. Except the front desk stall, they were very friendly, which was a big bonus.

Now in the end this may have come to being CyHawk weekend or maybe staffing issues but my Dad let me know about all of this stuff so I figured I should mention it.

Lots of questionable people roaming around the parking lot and lots of questionable activities taking place. Throughout the night, someone did a hit and run on my vehicle. I woke up to find that the back of my SUV was completely bashed in. I went cheap and I got what I paid for. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

We didnt even stay in the room 30 seconds before quickly heading out the door. The floors were so sticky we could feel our shoes pulling off our feet, there was ash on the bedspread, a suspicious spill on the bedframe, and the room reaked of pot. We immediately booked another room at a different hotel. This is not a place to take anyone you care about especially your wife, infant child, and two dogs. The front desk person was extremely nice and apologetic but that couldn't overcome the crimes that took place prior to our arrival.

Comfy bed and nice pillows, bedding was clean, you cant expect too much from a budget hotel. Had hot water and a place to sleep. Perfect for me. TV wasnt working but I didnt care. The AC worked fine.

Room was clean, Clean linen, Clean Towels, Microwave and Fridge. The staff was very courteous and professional. I enjoyed my stay here and I will visit again soon. Rm 129😀
