Excellent continental buffet for breakfast and nice dining area. Staff was really friendly and helpful for information on the area. Close proximity to shopping and fast food restaraunts.

Wonderful, welcoming check in. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and cheerful. The only issue we had was the toilet seat in our bathroom was useable but broken

property is in desperate need of a major upgrade, Bathroom door hits the toilet when closing, very FEW electrical outlets, carpet is dirty (stained) and torn. Room was not very clean (trash behind night stand that looks like it had been there a while.

Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaints are that the bathroom is TINY and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were also very lumpy and difficult to get comfortable on.

This hotel is dated and not kept well. The carpeting is filthy. Our sheets were at least clean. We received a note during our three night stay stating if we needed something we should inquire at the desk as they didn’t have staff to clean rooms. However, the staff that was there did have plenty of time for smoke breaks.
They were friendly enough but I don’t believe Iron Mountain has the work pool to draw from to maintain this establishment in a proper manner.

This was a great hotel. It isn't a 5 star all around but for the price, it was fantastic! Clean and good breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Had a great stay and would stay again. Breakfast was great and so convenient. Stayed here to go to The Iron Mine and White water rafting on our way to more attractions further east in the upper peninsula.

Best hotel I've stayed at in awhile for a low cost. The bathroom was small was my only problem. Everything was clean, staff was great. Multiple breakfast choices.

Tiny bathroom and 2 towels for a party of 5 in a room with 3 beds. Door practically hits toilet and one of the smallest bathrooms I’ve seen. Was convenient to have 3 beds but nothing else was as good as expected.
