Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast room was clean and neatly kept.

Beautiful and safe

My bathroom door would not close properly and the room smelled musty or dusty. I felt very allergic. For the price I paid, at least door should have closed and the room should not have felt dusty.

Parking. Almost all parking is on one side of the hotel. Makes a long walk to the other side with bags.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful! 17 inches of snow arrived overnight & some of the staff stayed overnight to make sure all the guests needs were met. One was shoveling out cars parked in the handicapped spots. We forgot to pick up dish soap for my grand daughter's bottles. The front desk clerk got us a cup with dish soap so we could wash her bottles. I feel the staff go above & beyond for their guests!

Our only issue was the ventilation in our room. We had a suite & with the door closed to the bedroom the entertainment are became very warm. They are however in the process of refurbishing rooms. Hopefully that is on their list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
