We had a wonderful stay with all amenities needed! We did room service twice always friendly staff. All around a great stay.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to NYC. The location is great! Comfortable, large rooms, very friendly staff and one of my favorite bars in the city!

If you like being in the middle of the New York city buzz, you couldn't be better off than staying at this hotel. It is right on Times Square where you are surrounded by the amazing billboards and sizzling activities of Times Square. Just be mindfull that it can be a little noisy at night... Otherwise, great hotel with big rooms and everything you need to spend a nice period in the city that never sleeps.

Location is the best!
We had 2 rooms with time square view, the problem was is too noisy! The windows have no noise insulation! For that reason we cannot sleep very well.!😞

Great property right in the middle of everything. security is high and well kept. No loitering anywhere outside in front of the hotel, so that was a relief to see. Walkable to all locations

We had a great stay at this hotel with our 2 kids. We arrived at 11 am and the room was ready. We had a Times Square view and the kids loved the view from the 38th floor. The elevators were also a thrill for them. Having a couch and 2 beds was a selling point, as the kids don’t love to share a bed - so everyone was happy.
The only things that could be improved would be room service. It was pricey and came in paper bags, rather than plates. But we’d recommend this hotel to anyone with kids. We had a great stay!
