Bathroom drain and sink drain were clogged. During the night we had to move to another room and pack and unpack all our things again. Manager was not available when I wanted to speak to him. I never received a call back after several requests, until I had to call again and the assistant answered the phone. Then it was said that we were being upgraded to yet another room, which was the exact same room. So I had to pack and unpack again. Bed sheets were only neatly made, but not changed.

The hotel was lovely but the description of superior room was a little misleading. The patio closed too early. It was very clean and in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like the fact that Maud the front desk told me she can upgrade me for 35 euro a day and she gave me a bedroom smaller than my bathroom , I automatically didn't trust them after that

It was nice. Located in a good area, easy access to public transportation. The only bad review is the size of the beds and the pool was listed as heated but cold.

The AC works great during the day, when we're not in the room, and at night they shut the AC power down or totally off. It was 71 in the room upon entering and 2 hours later the temp climbed to 76 and higher. The entire group complained because they had to sleep with the windows open at night, and the road voice was terrible. Two rooms rain shower heads the water was pumping out of the top of the shower head and spraying all over the outside of the bathroom floor. Good location for the public transportation. Great restaurants close by. Very expensive breakfast however, not worth the 22€ per person including children.

From the Oceania Paris Porte De Versailles Hotel, we were able to walk to the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe using google walk map, long enjoyable walk along the waterfront, cross bridges and local streets. After, we took a taxi back to property, enjoyable swimming pool and jacuzzi. Keep in mind, if you use a US based credit card, the hotel charges the credit card and places a hold for the balance purchased, the same thing goes for fueling your vehicles on France's gas stations. In the USA, if you paid, it comes off right away, in France it does not happen immediately.
