Stayed here as a stop over on our way to Buffalo. Location was great (off the highway and close to eating options). Room was large and although it was a suite, it didn’t have any cups for the in room coffee maker (or any cups, plates, etc). Door was difficult to open and another guest said it was because it was “kicked in” by someone (which was unsettling). We eventually got in the room and it locked ok. Would stay again because of the location.

We had to ask for more towels-not enough for people booked. There was no housekeeping service. Had to take out the trash and make beds ourselves. When more towels needed had to take back the dirty ones to get clean. We needed the sofa bed but had to call for linen and make it ourselves. Had to ask for another pillow. All pillows were extremely flat.

We spent two nights while our own home was under repair, and while not the highest quality place, it was an affordable and comfortable stay. We liked being able to use the kitchen and the outdoor space (pretty little walkways, basketball court). The fireplace didn’t work, but in May we didn’t care. The pool was just being filled for the season. Great location near Crocker Park!

The exterior had some issues, like rotting looking stairs etc so i was glad we were on the first floor. When i entered the room, the first thing we noticed was all of the pillows and cushions for the sofa and chairs were all over the floor and all of the cabinets and drawers and closet doors etc were all wide open/pulled out drawers. It was really weird. I called the front office but there was no answer-even though I had just left the counter. The room itself is like the pictures just more used and not kept up that nicely. Even the dispensers in the bathroom with shampoo and body wash etc were empty. The King bed only had two horrible pillows..called up to ask for more which you have to drive to get, but they were "out" so we could only get one. They made sure to make you sign a form stating that there were no refunds before issuing a key etc. Under certain circumstances, I might stay there again but for sure my expectations were too high for this place. Rooms are fine but aging. There are no elevators so if you have mobility issues be sure to get on the ground floor. Workout room very limited. Easy on/off I-90 and close to major dining/shopping area.

Terrible accommodation. Shower malfunction, bed sagged caused back ache, ripped curtain.

We stayed 2 nights. The amenities described in the listing were not accurate at all. The kitchen was not well equipped it had 2 plates and 2 coffee cups, the caulking around the tub looked like they were trying to cover up mold or mildew, the shampoo conditioner and shower gel dispensers were empty and they left 3 little tiny bottles on the counter, there was only half a roll of TP and no backup roll, the air was not working properly it never got below 77 and the fan ran all night long so I called the front desk and told them they said they would let maintenance know but no one ever came. The area is not well maintained at all. I will not be coming back

I arrived very early and it seemed they didn’t go out of their way to attempt to prioritize my check in before the 4pm check in. They did allow me to use the pool, so that helped, but it was too hot to be outside for long.

Good value for the money. I would return but it is not without its faults. The good: Staff was friendly. It had a pool , and a mini play area for basketball and volleyball. Rooms were acceptably clean and there was a gas fireplace which was kind of cool/would be great in winter or even for those who wanted something more romantic, and the kitchen area was useful. The bad: Staff was there only from 8 am to 11 pm, there was not always coffee first thing in the morning, the pool had some annoyance with insects, sports equipment that was provided for free was not always there. The ugly: Not much. The bathtub/toilet area is tiny and the bathtub could use a grab bar for wheelchair/aged guests. Overall: Seriously, it is good value for your money. You get a large spacious room, a kitchenette, access to an outdoor pool, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, shops and places to buy groceries. The place is not perfect but good value. I'd go back at the price.

I expected better quality and security from a Sonder property. We had a near break-in at 12:18 am. Luckily, we had the top lock on. We called the front desk immediately and they told us it was security checking rooms!! But that didn't make sense because we had the lights and TV on! We didn't sleep that night, and when we talked to the front desk in the morning, we expected them to comp our stay after a horrible experience. Instead, they shrugged it off as if it were an accident. At a glance, the room seemed okay, but then we realized the dishes and pans were worn out and not clean. We had no garbage cans, two broken toasters, one coffee cup, and no coffee maker to be found.

We specifically wanted an extended stay unit and access to a pool. Pool was empty of water and no hot tub available for use. There were four of us parents and adult chilren celebrating a college graduation. There were not enough forks, spoons, plates, glasses, cups or bowls for meals. The kitchen and living room/ bedroom area was attractive. The carpeting was quite stained and the bathroom was quite dated. Next time i’ll book a better extended stay.
