The room had a stale cigarette smell to it. The carpet as well as the bedding had stains on it. There were sunflower seeds, dirt, hair and little pieces of trash on both the bathroom floor and the main area floor. There were only 2 small square pillows for each bed. It was a disappointing stay and the room was filthy upon arrival. Would not recommend.

Is across from train tracks, but surprisingly very quiet. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only really not good thing was the elevators were broken. It was just a mild inconvenience for my family , but would be very difficult to impossible for some. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

There was no elevator to the second floor. Which was never stated in the description of the facility. This caused some issues in getting luggage to the room which was on the second floor.

Loved the pool!

Awesome beds and room. Grandsons loved the bunk beds in room. Granddaughter loved the kiddie pool, we loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good too. Will stay here again.

I booked our room 3 months in advance, only to be told when we arrived that our room had been given to someone else. We were told by the desk worker that our ONLY option was to take a room with a bed and a pullout couch, instead of 2 beds. He also said that getting a room elsewhere would be almost impossible because of some event that was happening. We were told that it would be at a discounted rate, but never received the discount even after 3 calls with different staff members, both before and after we had checked out. My friend and I had to share a bed, as there were no linens for the pullout couch. The room we were given was dirty (see pictures) and not well maintained, the only good thing was that the shower was hot and water pressure was good. Overall this place was a huge disappointment, I wouldn't waste your money.

There should be more breakfast options for the mornings.

The power was out when we arrived but the checkin was seamless and the staff was very helpful in getting us into our room. The facility was better than I had expected for the price paid, it had a great pool and hot tub and the bed was comfy and the AC worked well after the power came back on about half an hour after we checked in.

Very happy with this hotel and all it had to offer. Clean environment and upscale soft bedding. You can hear the trains, as the hotel is across the street from some tracks, but it wasn’t unbearable. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was perfect and more than I expected it to be. Hot and cold options.

Breakfast was great, our son enjoyed the workout room and the hot tub! We had an amazing time! Definitely will b staying there again soon! Would just be better if we could of brought our dogs

Could be more to the continental breakfast

The room was on the 2nd floor, but the King Bed room for Hotels.com did not have elevator access. However, the suites in the new section did have elevator access. This was disappointing. We stayed in 3 hotels on this trip without elevator service.

It was a nice motel. Breakfast was good. Room was not the cleanest. Bed sheet had stains and the was something splattered on the wall and an old used inhaler under the bunk bed

Could be more to the continental breakfast

The staff was friendly. The room was clean other than toenail clippings underneath the reading desk. My generator was taken overnight out of the back of my truck that was parked in the parking lot of the hotel. It’s my observation that that area Is not secure with all the other businesses in the area with half dirt lots and few street lights I would definitely not recommend this area
