Very happy with service and staff . Room was very clean and spacious. Easy drive into town with all convenient shops and attractions. A lovely motel to stay and would book again.

Always stay at the Victoriana when we stay in Ballarat. Always greeted by friendly smiling faces when booking in. Comfortable, clean spacious rooms with great parking. Very quiet with most rooms tucked in behind residential homes.

We asked for a two bedroom family spa room for two nights(hoping there would be a cook top). Took food ect. Got there to find nope no cooking amenities just toaster,kettle & microwave. Also while checking in the man asks if we will require plates/bowels/cutlery. Well this thew me. The couch was gross and the tiles fell off in the shower! The people were very lovely though.

Property was really clean for its age. Unfortunately there was no internet, when we stayed however not an issue that the property managers could fix immediately. Overall great overnight stay for my family.

Room is spacious, spa bath is big as well as the bathroom. Very good value for money paid despite the AC and the left side electric blanket in the double bed room doesn't work. Having a TV in both rooms is a plus.

To begin with two days become our stay I received a very rude phone call from someone claiming to work there saying they had tried to charge my card for the room and it had declined. I had selected the option to "pay at the property". I stated this to the person and they said that the cancellation period is expired and we are entitled to the money. I told the person that i hadn't been paid yet and besides that my card has been compromised and i had to have a new one issued from the bank that i have only just received. They demanded i provide the details over the phone to which i declined and stated i would pay on arrival. The room was ok, quite small. Spa was amazing, however took over 30 minutes to fill as the water pressure was terrible. Upon exiting the spa or the shower you took your life in your own hands as the tiles were incredibly slippery and should come with the warning. The shower was just as bad, slip sliding around trying to stay upright. We couldn't work out why the room wouldn't warm up and discovered all the windows were wide open. I was provided with a key to the room that didn't work and had to put in a long code into the door every time we came and went which was really annoying and inconvenient. Upon leaving we were flagged down by three staff members, all of whom demanded the key back, which would have been fine if we had actually been given a key - felt like we were being treated like criminals trying to head off on our way!
