Stayed on a suite. The room was very dirty. Furniture arms were blackened from neong so dirty. Tub was moldy and shower scum. The walls were smoke stained.

The staff was nice. The room on the other hand was NOT. You get off the elevator and get hit with smoke or ashtray smelling scent, the hotel tries to cover it up with air fresheners. As it is supposed to be a "SMOKE FREE" hotel. We walked into the room and there was dead bugs, no light fixture, bloody burgers, and hair all over in the bathroom. The window was open to let fresh air in because of smell. There was holes in wall, the telephones was missing keys, on one of the beds there was a frame that stuck out about 6 inches and you would catch your ankles and cut them up on, hair all over in the sheets and we were getting sick with the smell. We tried to check-out and asked for refund. They told us we had to try and get it back with the company we booked with. Been denied refund because we checked in.

It was not clean in my room. We checked in at 3ish and checked out by 5pm of that same day. We couldn’t stay. It smelt of cigarettes and weed in our room. I had to clean the toilet seat because it was so gross. There was trash in the room. The other guests were being weird

I was traveling across country leaving an abusive relationship the chic at the desk was great but the room was awful!! One had no air the other the bed was messed up. After several tries I was given a room with 2 beds and I needed a king bed!! Worst experience ever

It seems as though they were in the process of some remodeling. The carpet in my room was dirty. the bed was comfortable bathroom clean, over all it gets a 7

Lynn at check in was great. Very friendly and personable. Room was comfortable and price was reasonable.
Breakfast was a huge disappointing. Having stayed at an AmericInn in Des Moines the night before we expected more. All carbs. No proteins. Breakfast area was a mess as well. Trash cans were overflowing. Coffee was stone cold and no cups to be found. No milk for cereal and two pieces of bread. We could not find anyone to get us anything. Manager walked in twice and was basically unapproachable.

Nice people, but the hotel needs a lot of work. Like the lights for example, and the water temperature in the bathroom, and extra toilet paper and towels. Although the beds were clean and the room was Big.

Our stay at Americinn in Omaha Nebraska was great! The lobby was clean, the breakfast area was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, our room had a good size cold fridge and a microwave, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The Breakfast was limited but for the price I am not complaining Hot Coffee, Orange Juice a nice waffle or bagel. The location was next to a Shopping Mall and there were several nice resturants within walking distance...we had a great stay. The value of this hotel for was great! We will stay here again!

The lobby was clean, the breakfast area was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, our room had a good size cold fridge and a microwave, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The location was next to a Shopping Mall and there were several nice resturants within walking distance...we had a great stay. The value of this hotel for was great! We will stay here again!

Very mediocre. The key to the rooms don’t work for the pool anymore, and half the equipment in the gym doesn’t work (and it’s just a tiny room stuffed with treadmills, stair steps, ellipticals, etc.) Breakfast was bland. The best part about it was the ice machine, I was able to fill my cooler and there was still a ton left over.

Good bed and clean room. Noisy hallways. Many laborers staying here. Seems some homeless are lodged. Cart with belongings out front. 3rd floor hallway was very dirty with bags of trash by elevator during stay. Pool was closed. Breakfast was limited due to workers and homeless filling appetites.

While the employees at the hotel were really awesome, helpful, and respectful; there were a lot of other guests there that brought the atmosphere of the hotel down. It felt unsafe at times, and was rather rowdy late into the night. Also, the room did not feel as if it were especially clean. The ceiling above us had holes in it, and we were able to see into the bedroom above us.

I didn’t have the basic toiletries. I had no trash cans. Tv didn’t work but clerk fixed it except volume button didn’t work. My last night there, the room above me was so loud and running around in the room. I had asked the clerk to please ask them to stop. That never happened. I will never stay there again

Hotel is under new ownership. Per usual September all hotels and motels transitioning to fall and winter conditions ie. Pool drainage etc. This hotel has a beautiful front lobby lounge, beautiful grounds, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel I would recommend for those winter stays. Hotel has plenty of room for convention and conference space that are available to rent out and book for any occasion.
I highly recommend this beautiful property to anybody looking for a clean and quiet comfortable stay. Enjoy. I did. Thank you to the employees and maintenance workers. I enjoyed my stay.

Personally we didn't like anything about the property it was dirty noisy it's stunk there were people in there that looked like druggies there was no knobs on the air conditioner or the microwave no ceiling panel in the bathroom the toilet didn't flush so why don't you tell me what I would like about the place

I love the location of this hotel. The check-in was fast and seamless. Yet, the outside was quite dirty with cigarettes butt all over. Unfinished construction projects all throughout the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night and i appreciate that.

The building is falling apart. There’s holes in the walls and ceiling, mold damage, and broken fixtures throughout.
