Nice big rooms
Had to pay$25 a day for parking

The location was great. Right downtown close to eatery and local bars. The bed was comfy the size of the room was nice.
There was a clicking noise that actually woke us up at night... I have no idea what it was. The TV was pixels on almost every channel! So relaxing in the evening watching TV was kind of a joke. The fact that nowhere on their AD does it mention that there is a $25 a night parking fee, and they charge you on Sunday, and Omaha doesn't even charge for parking on Sunday! Why?
4.5
The safety. You have to use your key card to get into the building and in the elevator to get to get access to your floor. The parking garage was a huge money saver, and it was worth the $25 a day additional price. The place was clean and the staff was really helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and go to that were close to the hotel. They even let us check in early, which was amazing!
Our lights did flicker a lot so we mainly used the lights by the bed and in a the bathroom, there was a crack in the bathroom sink, the bathroom sink was plugged when we got there, and the shower head wasn't super great. It sprayed higher up so if your are shorter (5'3 and under), it might be a bit harder to rinse off. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown as well.

Front Desk personnel were exceptional--so friendly! Breakfast was great. Super convenient location. Miss Kat hooked us up with a fabulous Lava Cake when we had a chocolate craving after the Riverfront fireworks. We had an AMAZING view of the late night fireworks from our large window on the 10th floor. They went on for over 2 hours and we were able to watch from our bed!!! Pretty sweet.

I liked the accessibility and privacy. Like needing a card to enter or buzz in.

The Breakfast lacked options

Good location and walking distance. from Old Market shops and restaurants, the park, and CHI center. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Liked that the parking ramp is attached and easily accessible. Appreciate the safety factor of the room key; however, wish that info would have been given at check-in.
The tv is our room didn’t work, wasn’t easy to reach the front desk from our room to notify them, eventually went downstairs to the lobby to find employee. The pool is small, there wasn’t a restaurant as noted, the sink faucet in the bathroom is set further back so you’d get water all over the sink area each time you use. Was not told at check-in that you’d need your key for everything, to get in building, to exit ramp, to use elevator to get to your floor. Was asked if I needed parking but not told there was an additional fee.

Location was excellent. Near lots of restaurants and shopping and near to tourist things to do. Breakfast was good.
Heat in the room didn’t work, the shower didn’t work and the sink was clogged. We called on the first evening to get those things fixed, especially given that we we’re staying in a “nicer” hotel (we usually stay in cheaper places). Someone came and fiddled with the heater, said it was fixed then fixed the shower. He didn’t think the sink was important, but we asked to have it fixed, anyway. He said he was busy and had to get a different set of tools. He returned late in the evening and by that time we were using the bathroom. The heat continued not to work and the room temperature got down to 60 in the evening. The next day we asked to get the heat and sink fixed. When we returned at the end of the day, our room was warm and the sink drained. We decided to leave the hotel a day early, anyway.

Staff was very welcoming. Hotel very clean. Bed and pillows great. Love location, Old Market neighborhood is my favorite place to shop, drink coffee, and people watch when I visit Omaha.
The photos of "The Placery" in house restaurant should be removed as the restaurant was removed. Breakfast poorly served. Scrambled eggs in a 2 qt sauce pan drying out on stove top. If you are going to serve from the same pan you cook in, then invest in good quality cookware. Maybe have a caterer come in and show you how to set up a breakfast service that is appealing to both the eye and the appetite. 5 different hotels on my trip, Hyatt Place had poorest breakfast. I did not expect that, it disappointed me.

Everything was great! Our check in was amazing and we were told of some great places to go and even got coupons for a brewery down the street. Also loved the breakfast! Great stay.
I honestly don't think I have that could have been better. It was clean, great guest service and great location!

Location is hard to beat being right in the heart of the Old Market neighborhood. Staff was generally friendly and attentive and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Pool was nice.
Nothing in our room worked besides the bedside lamps. All other lights were out/broken... The AC was out and our room was on average about 80°F... The fan in the bathroom didn't work either which only served to make the room hotter if we took a shower. No ice machine on our floor despite having a empty space for it. What looked like black mold growing around the vent openings all over the building.

Everything about the hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pretty clean. Nice and quiet
Parking garage was filthy pigeon poop all over. There was a abandoned truck in parking lot also! Did not feel safe in there or downtown at all!

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of pillows and plenty of towels. The breakfasts had a great variety. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
The couch cushions kept slipping and leaving gaps, and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping

Breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited selection of poor quality which was badly prepared and presented.

Hotel and staff was great
The pool water was cold. Breakfast was either no food or cold when we ate. Waffles were out only 1 of the 4 mornings.

The hotel runs smoothly. Breakfast was great!
Breakfast could be served until 10:30 or 11am for the people who are enjoying the downtown night life.

It was a nice room but for the price I expected more. The breakfast was very good but they had trouble keeping up with the flow of people.
They told us the room was ready when we got there but when we got to the room it was not ready. There were no towels in the room and the trash cans didn't have a garbage bags in them. The room was nice but I have had better for cheeper. I expected a lot more for the price.

Location
Price - Did not live up to Hyatt standards; kind of shabby. Plaster from ceiling fell on me while in the shower.
Did not have daily maid service.

great location and very nice facility

The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to most points of interest. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds, stable wifi connection. The breakfast choices did not vary much during our stay, but it was good, and we loved coffee and tea at the lobby 24/7. The staff was very friendly and assisted with all our needs, they also kept two pieces of our luggage during our detour to Nevada and California.

Everything was fantastic.
Recommend adding hotel key card locks to parking garage stairwell access doors to prevent homeless intrusion.

The staff were excellent
The pool was dirty.
There were no towels in our room when we arrived.
3.5
We liked the walking distance to different restaurants and shops. The kids also really liked the room because it overlooked part of the city.
The air/heat ran constantly overnight only shutting off for 30 seconds at a time, and the air was quite cold. We also had to pay for parking which wasn’t anticipated.
3.5
The location was perfect. Located in the heart of Old Town. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do.
The pool wasn’t very clean. We stayed multiple nights and had to request several times for clean towels and coffee supplies before we received them. The breakfast was decent, however, the guests had to wipe clean the tables they needed to eat at.
4.0
location, secure
wall plug-ins did not all work, no liquid hand soap in bathroom, room phone only worked on speaker phone.
