Beyond disgusting! Go anywhere but here!!!
We rented a suite for a romantic weekend, the first night we were exhausted and went to bed. The second night we tried the hot tub and within a minute my hubby and I were covered in huge chunks of mold, as big as your finger. GROSS! Retching, we bailed from the hot tub and ran to the shower to try to get it off as quickly as possible. After a hot shower, I went to the front desk and very discreetly told the manager what had happened and furnished photos.
We were promised that maintenance would repair and the hotel would clean it the next day. This didn't happen. When we came back from a day out we saw the hot tub had not been cleaned. I went back down again and nicely asked why it had not been done when we discussed it the night before and reminded them that morning before we left. They were unsure and reached out to the housekeeper who stated she forgot and would come back up to do it now. This was evening... Since we had out dog, we left the hotel again so they could clean it like we were told would happen that day.
We got back, tried the hot tub again, only to be covered with slimy, disgusting mold again! Another shower, tears as our hope of salvaging a romantic weekend was destroyed! The only reason we rented the suite, was the hot tub!

I was very disappointed we were given a room on the second floor at the very end of the hall I have difficulty with stairs and breathing the breakfast was mediocre the WiFi sucked the tv was difficult to get channels

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a little messy. Floors not vacuumed and chairs were dusty. My biggest complaint is the heat didn't work. I turned it up to 90 and it only blew out cold air. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable and clean and the pillows were soft. Very pleasant sleeping. I did like the layout and how I had another door to access the common area.

I wish i would have taken photos. Not sure what happened to this place it was in horrible condition. There are renovations going on ans offered no discounts. I am so sad we have stayed here several times. Pool was empty, leaks in roof, not clean, if i hadnt booked through a 3rd party i would have cancelled

I was disappointed the pool was not available. I was not informed if that when I made my reservations. Also someone on my floor was smoking marijuana. It is a very unpleasant odor.

Upon walking into the building there was an odor-couldn't quite distinguish what it was-maybe a musty, old hotel smell? Rooms were not yet updated and the hot tub was not operating but these issues were not reflected in the information about the hotel before booking. I likely would've moved on to another property.

Pet hair in the bed, on top of the bed, and on the pillows. Housekeepers appeared too think it was funny since they were laughing about it in the Hallway and never cleaned the room. I reported the issue to the Front desk receptionist(Audrey)was great she deserves better from her teammates if it wasn't for her I would have demanded a refund on the two rooms I reserved and stayed in. Really wished the previous mediocre reviews we're accurate unfortunately most are, Ramada, this is a review executive management should see your slipping among your competitors take note or continue to lose your costumers.

The smell coming from the hallways and in the rooms were that of an old building with leaky sewage. Carpet was extremely old and torn in the stairway leading to the 2nd floor rooms. I felt dirty just being here. A/C didn't work in the arcade room and you could cut the thickness of the air with a pair of scissors! Gross is an understatement.

I really liked the young lady who greeted us, she was very professional and just a likeable person. The Ramada was close to everything we wanted to do in Grayling. The facilities looked a bit run down, and the continental breakfast lacked luster.

This place is in need of some major repair. It’s old and not very clean. There was garbage in the hallway, the halls were dingy. All in all would not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and it was nice. Since then this property has really went down hill. Dirty, run down.

Property definitely needs renovation but good thing is that it has indoor swimming pool. Hotel should have good food and varieties for breakfast as well.

The hotel is right off the expressway and a mile from the canoe rental we were there to use. Very convenient and cost effective.
The pool area was nice, but the cement around the pool looked like it needed a bit of maintenance and the overall look is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable though.

Very poorly maintained. No bed skirts, linens washed but stained, paper towel holders empty but paper towels on top of broken holders. Run down facility. And roaches found in room. We left.

Everything was outdated the tub was not clean. The pools were outdated. Just basically everything was outdated the bathroom toilet you sat on it and it went back back-and-forth.
