The room lighting is not efficient enough, the TV kept dumping us out of Netflix, in the evening no would answer the front desk phone. The stay was fine, but I would not pay 4oo a night to stay there again. At that price point you expect much better customer service and attention to details.

Lovely hotel in a good area. Easy to walk or get transportation to downtown Pittsburg. Friendly staff. Highly recommend

During my visit, I found the suite to be exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing, which made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent location with many things to do and options of getting around without driving. Our server, Betina, in the Factory was fantastic!! The only downside of the entire stay was the in/out terminal of the parking lot...the card system didn't work and help button needed to be activated to releaae the arm to drive out.

Very bust weekend which i didn't expect but the staff did an amazing job!

Check in was quick and simple, and the staff on duty at 1pm and 11pm were both friendly and welcoming. My 3 kids and I accidentally got locked out of the room without a key, late at night, in our jammies - so I had to get a new one and the gentleman at the desk was not only friendly but he made light of the situation and we had a good laugh which really helped with my anxiety. The room was beautiful and the view was a 10/10. I mentioned that my daughter was most excited for the city view and they put me in their highest room available, which is so thoughtful. The room itself is beautiful, we thought the height adjusting table was cool. The beds were comfortable, the shower (heat and pressure) were both great which is often hard to come by on high floors so I def appreciate that. The floor looked like it could’ve been vacuumed better, no biggie tho. The pool is pretty cold, which was disappointing for me but not the kids lol. The only real issue we came across was the adjoining door in the room. It connects to a presidential suite and there was a very very loud party happening around 11pm. I was going to complain until we met them in the hallway and realized it was a wedding party and we didn’t want to be party poopers. A wedding is an acceptable time to party! Just be aware that you can hear EVERYTHING thru the connecting doors. The gateway clipper is literally a minute walk, which we used for the Steelers game. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back!
