Riande is not as good as it use to be. There is no coffee maker in the room, only 1 towel, no face clothes, the chair was missing, the lamp was missing. The staff was friendly, but not a NICE place to stay any longer, only convenient because of location to the airport and the shuttle

As a key Transit hotel a basic amenity like an iron should be I each room. Apart from that the service was good. The staff was excellent

The staff at the front desk were pleasant and I was able to check in to my room early for a fee. The staff in the gift shop were also pleasant. The shuttle driver was not friendly and did not even greet us. The staff for breakfast were inconsistent. Some allowed you to take the limited breakfast items available to your room and some would not. Therefore, I'm not sure what the rule was. The "hot"water for tea drinkers was lukewarm. We had to wait for them to replenish the limited breakfast items. We did not have a refrigerator, iron, iron board, microwave, or washcloths in our room. When I asked for clothes, I was told that people from Panama did not use washcloths and that was an American thing. Little did they know, my Mother and family were from Panama and we were in town visiting family. Then, they proceeded to tell me that they had limited washcloths that the housekeepers locked up after their shift ended between 3-4pm and no one else had the key to open once they left. Therefore, I would have to wait until the next day to receive. There were stains on my comforter and headboard. I also had to kill a roach in my bathroom. Needless to say, I will never stay at this property and will never recommend to anyone else.

So beautiful and the staff are amazing

The hotel is very nice with a well laid out pool and bar area. There plenty of things to but at the lobby store and the hotel pool area is very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer.
