excellent position on Capitole Place, room too hot because a/c not on , took a long time to cool - what’s the extra energy charge for? Breakfast too expensive no light breakfast option ? Restaurant really good for evening meal.

Room was clean and bed comfortable . Very basic and not like the pictures in hotel . Com app which led to a disappointing entry to the room . However served a purpose . Also not happy with the energy charge which should be included in your room charge

Good solid comfortable hotel, right on the main square of Toulouse. Nice big rooms, good bed, well maintained. Lousy shower. OK breakfast, terrific dinner

After a horrible experience at another location, I had my wife was in the states find me a new hotel in Toulouse. This was her choice and it was excellent. There was air conditioning and Wifi and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this to friends and I hope someday to go back and take my wife.

I was having a horrible time elsewhere and I had my wife book this online to save my sanity. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to friends and I hope to visit again with my lovely wife.

I’m sure this is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived for check in we were told they had had an issue and could not give us our room until later. I wish we had been told the truth right away — that there had been a burst pipe and 16 reserved rooms were affected. Eventually, hours later, the staff found us another hotel, called a taxi, and paid for it. Our room was refunded and all was well. The staff did their very best in a difficult situation. And the fact that I’d booked through Expedia meant that we were fully covered.

4 star hotel in the centre of the town overlooking the Capitole square so location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shops. We arrived by train and it’s an easy 2 minute, 2 stop ride on the metro to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Wonderful staff at reception. We booked a premium room which was very spacious and well set out. Beds are comfortable, pillows are typical European type which I don’t like. Too soft and flat. Room has everything you need and expect including a fridge. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was over the bath. Air conditioner works very well. Breakfast was excellent. Had an outdoor eating area which was great. Staff in the breakfast area were fabulous. Internet was good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were so accommodating, they helped with my bags when I was on my own with my toddler. We were also able to get a late check out enabling us to let our little girl stay in the cool. The room was spotless and her cot was ready for us and all made up. I requested a room with a bath that was quiet which was also listened to which I really appreciated. The location is also excellent as you’re right on the square meaning everything is walkable.

If you plan to stay at any hotel it is always up to the guest to do their own homework. The reviews stated it was in a busy area. The busiest. The rooms remained quiet even though it was very loud. It was in the middle of all the shops. It was close to the metro station. The daily buffet breakfast can be a good option if you aren’t up to looking for a bakery. It is walkable to the historic areas and architecture. I found the location very close to the river where it is ideal for mornings and nights. It is not a far walk to the beautiful gardens away from the center. It is ideal for a picnic or to lounge under a tree. I dined at the restaurant one night. The food was delicious. For an upscale restaurant the prices were very reasonable. It really is a lovely atrium complete with fountain. My personal complaints included the lack of amenities. Just a combination of shampoo and body wash. For me the refrigerator was far too small. I like to keep snacks and drinks for downtime. There wasn’t much room. The room was fine. The carpet was worn. The safe was not located in a convenient location at the top of the wardrobe. For a long stay there wasn’t enough room provided for clothes and other items. The staff ran hot and cold. I would recommend for short stays.

This is a great spot in the center of everything. Very comfortable and pretty clean. Breakfast is lovely and the outdoor dining areas are beautiful. What stands out most is the helpful and caring staff at the front desk. They were wonderful!

Being very close to the Place du Capital was very pleasant. Many of its rooms look out on the Place, although mine did not. Its restaurant, The Atrium, in a roofless atrium, was very attractive
